2) Same as DX series Beam End Face Milling Machine, the increasement on overall dimension and working stroke of the Weld Manipulator brings along challenge on design/ manufacture/ delivery of this Large Size Universal Welding Manipulator, as shown in attached and below photos: (Fig.1,2)

b) Motor is installed at bottom of column, instead of on the top, to reduce total height of the Welding Column and Boom, making the equipment more stable;
c) Counterweight is connected with chain and sprocket, making balance of the entire set of Large Size Welding Manipulator;
Under majority conditions, Large Size Heavy duty Welding Manipulator is applied in the form of traveling type, to make fabrication on batch of tanks in a row, as shown in the above;
