2021- AMASS Machinery

In Mar.2021 Start Up of Foreign trade company of JACK Technology--- AMASS Machinery
With 12 yearshard working, Wuxi JACK Technology gained wide recognition both in Chinese mainland and abroad. We have many customers in Russia, Central Ais, East Asia, Vietnam, South Asia, North America, South America, Africa. To render better service to our customer and better development of JACK, in Mar.2021, Foreign trade company of JACK Technology--- AMASS Machinery is started up. AMASS is dedicated on exporting JACK products and associated products.
2020- H Beam Assembly Weld Straightening Integral machine

In 2020H Beam Assembly Weld Straightening Integral machine ignited explosive growth point in Chinese mainland market
In 2020, overcoming adverse effect brought with Covid-19, from 2nd half of Q2, steel structure industry in China witnessed explosive growth. The equipment for steel structure production also saw great demand. Of which, the H Beam Assembly Weld Straightening Integral machine gained the broadest recognition thanks to its complete function (can replace a whole H Beam production line), compact and cost-effective. As the company taking lead in pushing the machine from concept design into practical application in 2009, we provided this machine of over 30+ sets to customers across China in 2020, assisting customers in their enterprise.
2019- Plate Edge-milling machine

In July 2019 Export one set of innovative SXBJ-12 Plate Edge-milling machine to Russia
Innovation of this edge milling machine lies in its automatic feeding-in &out unit, which greatly reduces labor intensity. This machine has capability of machining steel plate of 12m length, 3.5m width, 120mm thickness. It is equipped with 2 sets of MU6S milling head, as well as hydraulic drive unit.
2018-CNC control pipe intersection cutting machine

In 2018 we exported the 1st set of Innovative Large-scale CNC Pipe Intersection cutting machine to U.S.A
Customer is at Midland city, Texas U.S.A. The machine is 6-axis friction roller type 6 axis CNC control flame/plasma pipe intersection cutting machine, applicable for cutting barrel of 500~ 3000mm Dia., 3~12m length, up to 50mm thickness, up to 50Ton weight. To applicable for wide range of barrel dia., span of rollers is adjustable. The machine is the largest ever made both in Chinese mainland and abroad in terms of barrel size.

Plate cutting machine is a general-purpose equipment widely used in industries involving metal plate. There are many steel-structure companies in Russia. This time we exported 6 sets of cutting machine in batch, covering CNC, strip, flame cutting and plasma cutting, to a steel structure facility, and gained customer recognition. 2 of 3 starters of our company were design engineer of cutting machine. We have rich experience in design, assembly and commissioning.
2017-Patent on Plate Butting Joining machine

In May 2017 Got Patent on Plate Butting Joining machine
This machine is used for joining 2 pieces of steel plate into 1 piece of bigger size. It is developed by us on initiative, adopting advanced technique in mechanical design and welding technology. Before that, plate joining was made by hand. The 2 pieces of plate for joining need to be flipped. And before welding, carbon gorging process is necessary. With this machine, plate joining process is efficient and cost reducing, with superior joining quality. Ever since the development of product, it is widely accepted by customers, and exported to Russia, central Asia in large quantity.

This machine integrates function of H beam automatic assembly, Submerged Arc Welding and straightening into one equipment, with high automation and efficiency. We exported to Vietnam this machine 30sets.
2014-High-Tech Welding Center

In Nov.2014 High-Tech Welding Center exported to Russia
This welding center consists of welding manipulator, roller bed, welding positioner and ESAB welding machine. Of which welding manipulator LHZ5050 has horizontal & vertical stroke of 5m, movable motor-drive trolley, revolving motor-drive column and pneumatic system. It can perform internal& external longitudinal and circumferential welding on barrel, as well as clad-welding of internal surface of barrel. The center is equipped with 80Ton roller bed, for ease of barrel assembly in pairs. Welding positioner is for automatic welding of structure members.
The welding has powerful function and complete configuration. It is sophisticated high-tech equipment for automatic welding.
2014-Large-scale Milling& Facing Center

In June 2014 Innovative Large-scale Milling& Facing Center exported to Belarus
Customer: PROTOS LLC, the Republic of Belarus. This large-scale center consists of 2sets of CNC milling machine, which can mill 2 faces of beam at the same time. The size of workable beam cross section is H 1500mm with W 4000mm. One set of milling machine can travel along lengthways direction depending on beam length. The other set can revolve integrally for milling tilting face of beam. At the completion of machine move and or revolve, it is secured tightly on the base.
The center features in large scale, complete function and superior performance, which is innovative in design and manufacture. It is the milling center of best performance and the most complete function both in Chinese domestic market and abroad.
2013-heavy-duty hydraulic straightening machine

In Sep.2013, heavy-duty hydraulic straightening machine delivered to customer
Customer: Zhongjian Steel Structure. We supplied series of YTJ-50, YTJ-60, YTJ-80 hydraulic straightening machine, with straightening capacity 50mm，60mm, 80mm flange thickness. These machines have good performance at customer site.
2013-High precision Facing machine

In Apr.2013, High precision Facing machine was exported to Korea
It is equipped with 7.5kW precision milling head, precision ball-bearing linear guideway, with advantages of high milling precision and high surface finish. The machine is widely used in industry of steel structure, ship building, etc.
2012-Heavy duty H Beam Automatic Production line

June 2012 Heavy duty H Beam Automatic Production line exported to Russia
Customer: UNIVERSAL-TORG CO., LTD. This production line includes CNC plate cutting, H Beam assembly, 4 sets of column-type Submerged Arc Welding, flange straightening, automatic conveyor system, automatic flipping and transport, plate butt joining, Beam end facing.
This production line features in high automation, smooth logistics and coordinated TAKT control.
2012-Welding Positioner

In June.2012 Export to U.S.A Welding Positioner in batch
We exported 20 sets of welding positioner and got recognition from customer.
2011-large-scale CNC Planar Drilling machine

In Dec.2011 A set of large-scale CNC Planar Drilling machine exported to Russia
Customer: UNIVERSAL-TORG CO., LTD. The machine has capacity of drilling thickness up to 80mm,Drilling dia. Up to 50mm, plate cutting length 12m, width 2.5m, under 4-axis CNC control.
The machine also has flame cutting capability. After drilling holes in the plate, it can cut plate into required shape based on position of the holes. The machine is widely used in industry of shipbuilding, bridge, etc.
2011-heavy-duty plate edge milling machine

Nov.2011 A set of innovative heavy-duty plate edge milling machine was delivered.
Customer: Hubei Huichuang Heavy Industry. The machine is suitable for milling steel plate of 200mm thickness, max. length 18m. Equipped with 4 sets of MU6S milling head. For ease of feeding, downstroke press beam is movable: It moves away during work piece feeding in and moves to the position above the work piece to clamp it after work piece is sent to place.
The machine is widely used in industry of shipbuilding, bridge, etc. For machining various welding bevels.
2011-3 Axis Welding Positioner

In June 2011 Custom-made 3 Axis Welding Positioner for the 1st Japanese customer
Customer: AICHI Construction. This welding positioner is used in construction industry, for automatic welding of structure members. At fixture of workpiece, the positioner can perform 3 axis movement of vertical movement, worktable revolve and tilting under hydraulic drive, realizing best position for workpiece. The hydraulic system is equipped with explosion-proof valve, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation. The equipment reduces labor intensity greatly.
2011-Facing machine

In Mar.2011 The 1st set of equipment exported to Africa--- Egypt Facing machine DX1215
Customer: Egyptian International for Engineering company located at Cairo Egypt. This is the 1st
set of machine exported to Africa by us. Before delivery, customer made accept at our workshop.
2011-ISO9001 certification

In May 2011, company got ISO9001 certification the 1st time.
2010-Facing machine

Nov.2010 The largest Facing machine of best performance delivered to Wuhan Ship Building
Customer: Wuhan Heavy Duty Ship Building. One set of DX4080 Large scale Facing machine was delivered by Wuxi JACK. It has horizontal stroke of 8m and vertical stroke of 4m, equipped with MU6S milling head, precision heavy-duty linear guideway, which is the largest facing machine ever made with best performance in Chinese domestic market. It played important role in construction of large important project for customer.
2010-H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral machine

The 1st set of mature H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral machine exported to Brazil
Customer: MEMPS MONTAGEM ELETROMECANICA. In Mar. 2010, the 1st set of Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine was exported to Brazil. This is also the 1st set of mature practical product after 6 years of concept design. Before that, although this machine was already developed, it was only in the stage of “Lab Use”. Restricted by some pending issues in critical technique, this machine was not put into formal production until 2009 by us.
2009-overseas customer

May 2009, the 1st overseas customer
In June 2009, general manager of ROKTES company located in Chelyabinsk Russia paid a visit to us, and signed cooperation agreement with us. We got the 1st overseas client.
