b) Plier Rack: In each set of welding roller bed, the turning rollers are installed on two pieces of tilting racks, which can swing its angle based on diameter and weight of workpiece loaded on it;
c) Swing Angle: The surrounding angle on the workpiece, which is composed from included angle of the two plier racks, is kept within the range of 45° ~ 110° ;
