Whatever 60°/ 90° / 180° Overturning Rack and Turntable, Wuxi JACK BOX H Beam Steel Structure Turnover Machine has main units of:
1. Stationary or Movable Base Bed, Trolley, Wheels: A set of solid mechanical long box structure (Turntable) of high intensity, either fixed into ground for stationary type machine, or equipped with moving wheels movable onto rail;
2. Swing L Arm in Group: This is the core working element of the Steel Structure Flipping Rack Machine, serving as manipulator for holding and overturning workpieces into turning motion. One set of the Steel Structure Overturn Machine are usually equipped with 2 pieces of L arm;
3. Swing Shaft: This is transmission unit of the flipping rack Turntable, L arm swings round this shaft;
4. Hydraulic System: This consists of oil cylinders, oil pump station, electromagnetic valves, hoses. This is overturning power source for rotation of Overturning Rack L arm and steel structure parts;

6. Quantity of Flipping Racks: In practical application, considering long length of BOX H Beam, usually 3 sets of overturning rack are equipped into an integral group of Steel Structure Flipping Machine.
1. Controllable Swing Angle within Specification: The L arms (Rack) and workpiece can be overturned to and stopped at any target angular position within its specification: 60°/ 90° / 180°;
2. Precise Swing Position Control and Display: There is angle scale installed at the 60°/ 90° / 180° Flipping Rack Turntable, indicating the real time swing angle of L arms at that time;
3. Safety Management: There are hard stops equipped in the Steel Structure Turnover Rack machine. When L arms arrive at the expected angular position, these hard stops help maintaining and securing the L arms and workpieces (BOX H Beams) firmly staying at this angular position;
4. Workpiece Secure: As shown in the above 3rd Photo: There is a piece of small bracket in each piece of the L arm (Rack), in Wuxi JACK Steel Structure Overturn Machine. Its fixing position can be adjusted by shifting mounting holes along the longitudinal body of L arm (Rack). This is for the purpose of accommodating on securing different web height of BOX H Beam, preventing it from falling down off L arms of the Overturning Rack Turntable;
5. Flexibly Operating 2 pieces of L Arms in Phase or Individually: In any set of 60°/ 90° / 180° BOX H Beam Steel Structure Turnover Machine, the 2 pieces of L arms (Racks) can swing together simultaneously, or swing separately, depending on operating requirement of the Turntable, and length of BOX H Beam;
1) Flipping in phase precision of Overturning Racks in the machine can be maintained within the tolerance of ≦3°;
2) Stoppage in phase precision of BOX H Beam can be controlled within ≦1°;
3) Sometimes encoder is installed to flipping racks of the Turntable machine, to precisely detect on workpiece overturning angle of L arm (Rack) and BOX H Beam in the Steel Structure Flipping rack machine.
