1.  The Definition on LHZ Light duty Welding Column and Boom:

1) Specification:  The welding stroke less than 3000mm, in both vertical and horizontal direction (X and Y axis), can be classified as Light duty Welding Column and Boom;

2) Scope:  In other words, models under LHZ3030, for example, LHZ 2020/ LHZ2525/ LHZ2530, etc. can all be attributed as Light duty Welding Manipulator.

4. Operation Tips on Running of the LHZ Series Light duty Stationary Base Manual Revolve Welding Manipulator:

1) Safety Assurance: To keep balance and stability of the light duty Cross Slide Welding Manipulator, there is limitation on its front end loading capacity of boom: Should not exceed 80kg;

2) When not in use, horizontal boom of the Welding Column and Boom should be lowered down to its bottom position, with its center point intersect with vertical boom.
