A. Usage and Operating Mode of Two Axis Conventional Welding Positioner:

1. Function: Two axis Welding Positioner revolves and tilts workpiece to the position most ideal for carrying out welding operation, on the aspect of both guaranteeing on superior welding quality, and promising the most comfortable way of operation for operators:

2. Two Motion Axis of Welding Turn Table and Workpieces:

1) The 0°~ 360° Infinite Rotation of Rotary Weld Table:

a) This rotation direction can be both CW clockwise and CCW counter clockwise;
b) The rotating linear speed of Rotary Weld Table and its secured workpiece, which is also welding speed of Two Axis Welding Positioner, is controlled with A.C. inverter, and adjusted conveniently with operating pendant: Turning the speed knob, the welding velocity is adjustable continuously and displayed in real time manner during welding period. The welding speed (Rotating linear speed) is usually in the scope of 100 ~ 1150 mm/min. Of course, this can be tailor made according to customer demand;

2) The 0°~ 120° Tilt of Welding Turn Table:

a) Tilting direction also can be both leftward CW and rightward CCW ways;
b) Drive: This tilting motion is also driven with A.C. motor. Tilting linear speed is usually constant speed, unless otherwise specifically denoted by customer;

C. Fix Workpiece onto Welding Turn Table of Two Axis Conventional Welding Positioner:

1. Design: Cut in the top surface of the Rotary Weld Table of 5mm~ 10mm depth, there are 6 pieces of angular evenly distributed T slots, which cross with each other at circle center, and a round of positioning holes evenly surrounding the circle center:

2. Welding fixture of different types are installed onto top surface of the Welding Turn Table, through these T slots and positioning holes, which in turn firmly secure workpiece onto the Welding Positioner:

a) Criterion: Loading tonnage of its Welding Turn Table less than 1 ton. For example: 200kg/ 300kg/ 600kg loading tonnage, models HB2/ HB3/ HB6;
b) Application: Light duty Two Axis Welding Positioner is for fabricating on small and light workpieces, such as flange/ tube assembly/ electric appliances ... Often being used in laboratory, electric instrument industries;

2) Medium duty:

a) Criterion: Loading tonnage of its Rotary Weld Table between 1 ton to 10 ton. The common seen is 2 Ton/ 5 Ton medium duty loading tonnage, models HB20/ HB50;
b) Application: Medium duty Conventional Welding Positioner is for fabricating on components/ assemblies and work in process of various vehicles plants;

3) Heavy duty:
