1. Recommended Working Environment:

1) Overall Dimension of SXBJ-18: For this Large Plate Edge Mill Machine with the maximum 18m valid plate edge chamfering stroke, the total length of its mechanical machine bed is up to 23~ 24m, which equals to 5~6m longer than the 18m valid stroke. So, this set of large machine occupies fairly large area of space;

2) Installed Outdoors: For this reason, some customers set the place for this big machine outdoors, which is the case with the SXBJ-18 model shown in the attached pictures. This is not a preferred way of arrangement on the equipment. It should be viewed as a makeshift by customers;

2. Wuxi JACK Suggestion on Placement of SXBJ-18 Large Plate Edge Milling Machine:

1) The first priority or best choice is to install the machine at indoors workshop;

2) If there is no sufficient space inside workshop for installation of such large equipment, a rainproof shed or canopy had better be constructed on site;

3) If the first and second measures can not be made, the last resort is to cover the outdoors running machine when not in use, especially during the intrusion of wind and rain.
