1) Wide Use: As a model of large equipment, SXBJ-16 is widely applied in working sites and projects where heavy duty raw materials are selected and fabricated, and then large scale finished product are delivered;
2) Customer bases of SXBJ-16 large machine include: Industries of Oil and Gas/ Power Engineering/ Chemical Industry/ Military Industrial Complex/ Shipbuilding/ Railway/ Energy and Mining Sectors/ Port Machinery/ Bridge Construction, etc.;
a) It is necessary to make sure sufficient spatial space and floor area at working site of the large machine, to accommodate on the machine itself, as well as storage and disposal of raw material workpieces;
b) For this reason, these SXBJ-16 and other models of large machine are often installed outdoors: (Fig.1)
a) These workpieces metal sheet metal are usually have large size, thick thickness, and heavy weight. Correspondingly, designed chamfers expected from these large model machines are also usually complicated;
b) Typical chamfers that can be beveled from XBJ series machine: (Fig.2)
c) Here, “complicated bevels” refer to not only types of finished style of X/ Y/ V/ K grooves, but also delivered on both top and bottom edges of workpiece sheet metal plate;
d) The finished X style bevel on edge of steel plate produced from Wuxi JACK SXBJ-16 large machine: (Fig.3)
a) Considering the above mentioned expected finished bevels in double edges style, as well as expected edge milling efficiency from customers, SXBJ-16 and other models of large equipment are usually equipped with 2 sets of milling head and its motorized moving carriages;
b) Power of milling head equipped in Wuxi JACK SXBJ models Double heads long stroke Large Plate End Chamfering Machine has default specification of 7.5kW, and even 9kW/ 11kW under customer special requirement on heavy duty edge milling cutting depth;
c) The 7.5kW milling head equipped in Wuxi JACK XBJ and SXBJ series machine: (Fig.4)
1) As a kind of high precision equipment, XBJ and SXBJ series Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine should have uniform, strong and stable mechanical property main body to guarantee its running performance;
2) This is especially important on mechanical main frame of SXBJ-16 and other models of large machines;
3) For machine models from XBJ-3 to XBJ-9, mechanical frame is an integral body, this can fully guarantee on its rigidity and consistency;
4) When it goes to 9,000 mm and longer (SXBJ-9 and above models), for the purpose of guaranteeing on mechanical main frame strength and rigidity, the base bed of large machines is first made into 2 or 3 pieces of segments, and then assembled together into final finished main frame;
5) Mechanical main frame of Wuxi JACK SXBJ-16 Large Plate Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.5)
1) Below is explanation on horizontal linear guiderails of the Wuxi JACK XBJ models machine, which are of vital importance for realizing precise, smooth and constant implementation on sheet metal edge milling operation in XBJ and SXBJ series Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine;
2) Please check attached pictures and below photo: Guide rails are fixed onto mechanical base bed of machine by means of bolts in the form of segments;
3) Mechanical body of machine is made of medium carbon steel, tempered and planed into shape, and then surface quenched and then ground finely into final product, fully guaranteeing on its accuracy and abrasion proof performance, for boosting on long term stable running;
4) For deployment of these guard rails onto the Wuxi JACK equipment, both over hanging and horizontal style linear guiderails are used, thus forming installation style of double stages. This is much more stable and deliver less vibrant compared with common solitary hanging style in competitors’ machines;
