Advanced Configuration SXBJ-3 Double Heads Plate Edge Milling Machine

A. The Property and Technical Features of Advanced Configuration SXBJ-3 Steel Plate Edge Milling Machine:

b) The process control parameters can be displayed intuitively in real time during operation of the Edge Milling Machine;

c) Especially tilting angle of the milling head, which equals to finished beveling angle of the machine for Edge Milling, can be managed precisely;

2. The Milling Operation Ammeter on Milling Unit of the SXBJ-3 Sheet Metal Plate Chamfering Machine:

1) On each of the milling heads of this SXBJ-3 model machine for steel plate edge milling, there is a piece of ammeter installed, shown as below: (Fig.3)

2) Usage: With this ammeter, the milling operation current, which directly corresponds with cutting depth of milling operation in the machine for steel plate end milling, can be controlled and displayed easily, which is critical for managing edge milling operation efficiency and quality of the machine;

4) Here we stress that, milling current Ammeter is the exclusive (Solitary owned) function of Wuxi JACK Edge Milling Machine milling head;

3. Wider Range of Grooving Angle Machined from the SXBJ-3 Steel Plate End Milling Machine:

1) As can be found from the attached 6^th photo and below, one of two sets of milling heads in this advanced configuration machine for edge milling has the milling angle range of 0° ~ 80°, which is useful for making flat surface large area edge milling;

2) The 0° ~ 80° angle scope milling head equipped with the SXBJ-3 model machine for steel plate edge milling: (Fig.5)

B. The Main Specifications of SXBJ-3 Steel Plate Edge Milling Machine:

1. As a set of small model but advanced configured Sheet Metal Plate Beveling Machine, this SXBJ-3 model machine of edge milling has 2 sets of milling units installed on its working table, as you can observe from the attached photos and below;

3. Of these, one set of the milling unit is responsible for making straight and upper edge grooving, in the angular range of 0° ~ 80°;

4. The other set of the milling unit is responsible for making lower edge grooving, in the angular range of -45° ~ 0°;

5. The 2 sets of the milling units are installed in different orientations in this double heads Edge Milling Machine, which can be identified at the first glance.

2) Shown in the attached 2^nd and 3^rd photos and above, the facer blade of the milling head “faces straight forward or downward”, for making straight side or upper edge grooving in the machine of edge milling;

2. The Milling Head for Performing Lower Edge Grooving in the Steel Plate End Milling Machine:

1) The installation orientation of the milling head in the machine of edge milling: (Fig.8)

2) Shown in the attached 4^th photo and above, the facer blade of the milling head “faces upward”, for making bottom edge grooving in the machine of edge milling .
