Importance: Of all types of H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, HYJ800 model motor drive has the longest history in application, and one of the largest selling volume.
1) Straightening Power Source in HYJ-800: (Fig.1,2)
HYJ-800 and HYJ-40 models adopt A.C. motor for source of its straightening driving force. This is the most distinguished difference with YTJ series hydraulic drive, and hence its product name got from;
2) Straightening Capacity: The HYJ-800 is kindred product of HYJ-40. In terms of straightening capability, HYJ-800 model has the same max. straightening thickness as HYJ-40 model: Up to 40mm flange thickness:

The difference between HYJ-800 and HYJ-40 models lies in its straightening speed of 17m/min, compared with 9m/min. in HYJ-40;
a) As we discussed before, HYJ-40 is more applicable to be used in automatic H Beam Production Line than HYJ-800, in view of compatible working tempo with the other H Beam production equipment, including H Beam Assembly Machine and H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine;
b) This is the reason why recent years sees HYJ-40 model gradually replaces HYJ-800 model in automatic H Beam Production Line;
b) On the other hand, as the longest history and the ever largest selling volume of H Beam Straighten Machine, HYJ-800 still takes prominent position in application of its product family, benefiting from its quickest straightening speed.
1) Empirical Data: One of matters needing attention is, there exist rule of thumb on relationship between flange thickness and flange width that can be straightened as below:

2) Transmission Unit in HYJ-800: (Fig.4)
Main transmission system is adopted with 22kW motor and driven with cycloidal gear speed reducer, which features in high transmission efficiency and rapid straightening speed;
3) Working Elements: All the straightening rollers are made of quality steel, and have gone through advanced heat treatment, insuring long term stability and usage without defects such as crack, etc.

b) Besides, all the parts and components of the HYJ series H Beam Straightening Machine are reinforced. This makes the machine a sturdy one;
