Heavy Duty Single Table Top Universal Large Welding Positioner

1. The Dividing Line and Application on HB Series Single Table Top Heavy duty Welding Positioner:

1) This range of Large Welding Positioner has loading capacity of its Welding Turntable from 10 Ton to 50 Ton, the corresponding models are from HB100 to HB500;

2) Customers of this range of HB models Welding Positioning Machine are generally from Construction Machinery, Chemical Vessel, Pressure Vessel, etc.;

3) The workpieces of structure members welded with this group of welding equipment are normally have heavy weight and relatively small size, confined with size and quantity of its Welding Turntable;

4) Comparatively, for welding heavy weight and long size of workpiece, you need to select double table top universal variable speed electric type, for fixing the workpiece at both ends of the Welding Turntable, or Head and Tail Double Table Top Horizontal Welding Positioner, for fixing the workpiece on the supporting pallet connected between both ends of the Welding Turntable.

2. Technical Characteristics of HB Series Heavy duty Single Work Table Welding Positioner:

1) Two Degrees of Freedom in the Welding Positioner:

a) Its working Welding Turntable has one degree of freedom on the integral infinite revolve, within the range of 0°~360°. As explained in previous product section (Medium duty models), this rotating speed is adjustable stepless with VFD. It is welding speed of the workpiece also;

b) The other degree of freedom is tilting of the Welding Turntable in the scope of 0°~120°. This speed is usually constant in the working period of the Welding Positioning Machine;

2) Welding Turntable Tilting Indication in Weld Positioner:

There is circular scale plate fit at lateral side of the work Welding Turntable, to indicate on the actual tilted angle. See below illustration;

The circular rule is a standard configuration for all the models: (Fig.1) 

3. The Design of Welding Turntable in Large Weld Positioner:

1) From attached picture we can see for some of Heavy duty Welding Positioner, the Welding Turntable is branch type, or we can call it 6 claws work table;

2) Such design in the Large Welding Positioner is for the purpose of reducing deadweight of work Welding Turntable itself. It is an important factor to be considered in the design and producing of the product: (Fig.2)

4. Drive and Transmission of Welding Turntable in the Single Table Top Welding Positioner:

1) Revolve of the Welding Turntable and workpiece is by way of toothed round shape revolving unit, and adjusted with A.C. inverter on its rotating linear velocity;

2) Tilting of the Welding Turntable and workpiece is transmitted with sector gear in constant speed;

3) Both axis of the above discussed motion of the Welding Turntable and workpiece is driven with braking type motor reducer, to have the capability of making workpiece being stopped reliably whenever necessary, during working period on site.

5. Relocation and Transportation of the Single Work Table Welding Positioner:

1) All the mechanical body of Wuxi JACK HB series Single Work Table Welding Positioner, including Heavy duty models, is of integral structure;

2) The entire loop of its value chain, from ex-work delivery, to enroute transportation, to being arrived at customer site, there is no need to dismantle and re-assembly the mechanical body of the welding equipment;

3) There are lifting lugs at both sides of wall boards of the Weld Positioner frame, for ease of hoisting purpose. See below sketch in yellow frame: (Fig.3)

4) The 2 pieces of long horizontal legs at bottom of the equipment form the base bed of this Welding Positioning Machine, to keep balance of the Welding Turntable and workpiece, and the whole set of Heavy duty Welding Positioner, and being secured into workshop floor firmly and reliably;

5) Complements on the HB Series Single Work Table Welding Positioner:

The positioning welding equipment with obvious different structure but same rule working principle from this Heavy duty Welding Positioner structure is L Frame Hydraulic Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner.

6. Technical Parameters of HB Series Single Table Top Heavy duty Welding Positioner:
