Medium duty HB series Weld Positioner refers to loading capacity of the Welding Turning Table from 1 Ton to 10 Ton: The models of HB10 to HB100. Loading tonnage of 10 Ton is the dividing line between medium duty models and heavy duty models;
a) As introduced in this product family, the structure of Single Working Table configuration is the most extensive used products among all models of this sorts of Welding Positioning Equipment;
b) Furtherly divided, from the view point of loading capacity, medium duty products are the widest selected ones among across tonnages;
c) Or, in other words, this scope of medium duty models is “the widest among widest”. It is a classical type and symbol, or can be viewed as standard products;
d) For this reason, we introduce working principle of industrial Single Working Table Welding Positioner in this product section as below.
This general purpose welding positioning equipment is for carrying out welding workpiece at optimum ergonomics position and best for welding quality, to have welder carry out welding operation in the most comfortable and easy way, thus can get both ideal welding quality and higher productivity at the same time;
The manner by which the welding positioning equipment reaching the above mentioned target is by infinite turning (360°), tilting (most often 120°), and elevating Welding Turning Table and workpieces fixed onto it;
