Strictly speaking, the ZHJ8010 automatic T Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine does not belong to T Beam production line, but a set of individual equipment for T Beam production instead.
1.1 Same as H Beam fabrication machine, this automatic T Beam Fabrication machine replaces the three
machines of T Beam assembling, welding and straightening into one machine, which saves Machine
investment/ Land occupation/ Operator involved;
1.2 On the other hand, different from H Beam welding machine, which weld only 1~2 workpiece one time, the
T Beam welding machine can weld up to 6 workpieces simultaneously, while this ZHJ8010 Compact T Beam
Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine can only weld one piece of T Beam at a time. So, its productivity is
only 1/6 that of T Beam production line.
This ZHJ8010 Three in One T Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine is for producing welding
T Beam with one machine, integrating functions of assembly, welding and straightening;
1) This ZHJ8010 Three in One T Beam Fabrication machine has the constructure of gantry type machine body
equipped with input & output conveyor;
2) The 3 critical working units of the T Beam Fabrication machine are fit at bed of the machine body, arranged
in the sequence of assembly/ welding/ straightening viewed from raw material incoming side;
1) The raw materials of 2 pieces of steel plates are hoisted onto input conveyor of this Fit up Full T Beam
Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine;
2) With action of the hydraulic manipulators (Pulling rod units) on the input conveyor, the 2 steel plates are put
into shape of inversed-T;
3) This workpiece travels forward to the machine bed beneath gantry frame, where all the working units of the
machine are installed here;
4) With the precise assembling unit (Alignment rollers), the workpiece is assembled into final shape of inversed T;
5) Meanwhile, the 2 pieces of CO2 welding torches weld both sides of the assembled T Beam in adjustable speed
of 100~ 800mm/min.;
6) The welded vertical plate (Stiffener) of this T Beam is straightened with a downward stroke solid straightening
roller next to the welding torches;
7) So, for this ZHJ8010 Fit up Full T Beam Fabrication machine, all the working units of Conveyor/Assembly/
Weld/ Straightening share the same speed of 100~ 800mm/min., or we can say it is a one pass thru delivery of
finished product;
The ZHJ8010 Three in One T Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral machine has the main units of:
1) Machine main body --- A gantry frame fit onto machine bed, with all the working units of this compact
T Beam Fabrication machine installed here;
2) Assembling unit --- Including 2~ 3 pieces of manipulators (Specific quantity depends on rated length of
T Beam to be produced), and a set of alignment rollers. All of these are hydraulic driven;
3) Welding unit --- In T Beam production, it is CO2 GMAW welding. 2 sets of CO2 welding power supply and
its supplementary units of wire feeder/ console;
4) Straightening unit --- An electric motor drive solid straightening roller;
5) Hydraulic system;
6) Electric control system and its Control board/ Operating Panel & Pendant;

operator only, or sometimes assisted with a novice;
