Background: The attached photos show a set of Wuxi JACK HYJ-40 Mechanical H Beam Straighten Machine, which is installed at customer site; And numerous sets of manufactured machines in batch at Wuxi JACK facility.
1) As introduced in the product category, H Beam Straightening Machine is the last set of core equipment in the process route of welding H Beam production;
2) In most majority cases, these machines are for straightening H Beam flange deformation after H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine, not straightening deformation along H Beam lengthways direction. The lengthways direction deformation has dedicated HJ series Lengthways H Beam Straightening Machine to deal with:

2) Usage of I Beam Straightening Machine: Finished workpieces (Welding H Beam) have flange deformation caused from heat effect of SAW welding. The machine is for straightening on flange deformation. Of which, HYJ series is the most common used type in its product family.
1) Workpiece Position: As explained in the first segment, based on H Beam position during straightening, H Beam Flange Straightening Machine has vertical type (Flange in the position of “Standing”, please refer to the below sketch) and horizontal type (Flange in the position of “Lying down”):

b) Of which over 90% of practice is with H Beam vertical type structure;
a) Compared with hydraulic type YTJ series H Beam Straightening Machine, the HYJ series has less driving power and hence thinner flange thickness that can be straightened (Up to 40mm for Q235 versus up to 80mm for Q345 in hydraulic drive machines);
b) But under majority application, this 40mm thickness can meet straightening demand from customer. This is the reason the HYJ series machine has the widest application;
a) Another benefit of the YTJ-40 is, it has the lowest quotation among its product group;
b) HYJ series machines have around 50% less price compared with YTJ series hydraulic drive type machines. So, if there is no special request on flange thickness and straightening process, the HYJ-40 model is the best choice in terms of cost effectiveness to be applied in automatic H Beam Production Line;
c) YTJ-40 model has convenient operation and high efficiency. It is widely used in industries as Steel Structure, Construction, Water Conservancy, and Metallurgy, etc.;
