“Fit Up Full” explains the start point on developing PHJ and ZHJ series H Beam Fabrication Machine: that one set of such Automatic H Beam Production machine equals to complete machine group of H Beam production line.
1) When making light to medium size welded T Beam H Beam, single set of PHJ/ ZHJ series Multifunction H Beam Welding Machine incorporates full function groups of H Beam Production Line;
2) Because of this integration, material intermittent transfer among all the H Beam Production machine in the line is also eliminated.
1) Assembly System in PHJ/ZHJ Vertical H Beam Welder: (Fig.1)
a) The raw materials of steel strips (Cut from CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine, for assembled as flange and web of T Beam H Beam) are hoisted onto input conveyor of the Fit Up Full Vertical H Beam Welder;
b) For getting accurate positioning and assembling of the flange and web with hydraulic drive manipulators, there are two groups of such flange and web aligning pulling rod boxes along input conveyor of the machine;
c) The fit up workpiece goes forward to the exact position of precise alignment rollers (Flange and web both), completing H Beam assembly step in the machine;
2) Welding System in Vertical H Beam Welder: (Fig.2)
a) The original CO2 tack welding procedure in the conventional H Beam Assembly machine is removed in this Multifunction H Beam Welding Machine;
b) There are 2 sets of SAW or CO2 welding power supply, together with welding assistant units (Wire feeder, and SAW flux recycling unit) work together, welding the 2 seams alongside both sides of T Beam H Beam web at the same time, featuring in high efficiency and good quality;
c) For any one piece of welded H Beam produced from the machine, it needs to carry out two times of welding, for completing on top and bottom both sides 4 pieces of welding seam;
d) To do this, the piece of workpiece need to go thru the Vertical H Beam Welder two times. The first time into T shape, and the second time into 工 shape;
3) Straightening System in PHJ and ZHJ series Multifunction H Beam Welding Machine: (Fig.3)
a) Usually flanges of welded H Beam deforms after welding,because of heat input effect from SAW welding;
b) Straightening system of the machine is for correcting this flange up bend deformation;
c) Straightening unit is hydraulic downward stroke style, featuring in strong force and easy control;
From this we can see that one set of the PHJ/ZHJ machine can fulfil the whole task of welded H Beam production procedure. This is the reason it is described as “Fit Up Full”.
