1. The Application of LBS12 L type Lifting and Revolving Welding Positioner:

1) The attached photos on the Wuxi JACK produced LBS12 model elevating and revolving L type Welding Positioner were taken at workshop of an Engineering Machinery Facility, for welding medium sized structure members: (Fig.1)

2) This LBS12 model 1.2Ton loading capacity of Welding turntable Elevating Welding Positioner is the twin product of the former section of LBS10 model 1 Ton loading capacity. As explained in the product page of “LBS series L type Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner”, such group of products are frequently custom made, which means only a certain number types of workpieces are applicable for each set of the specific L type welding equipment.

2. Criterion on Selecting LBS Series L type Revolving and Elevating Welding Positioner:

In manufacturing industry, when making selection on equipment and machine tools, two often used adjectives are:

1) Universal, or General Purpose, or All Purpose of the L type Welding Positioner:

a) These words are all have the same meaning of One Equipment Fitting for All Workpiece. Such as the Universal Single Table Top Welding Positioner we presented at the beginning of this product family;

b) Using Sites: This type of Welding Turntable is usually applied for working site of large variety in workpiece type, no matter whether it is small or large in workpiece quantity;

2) Special Made, or Custom Made of L type Elevating Welding Positioner:

One of the typical examples is LBS models of L type welding equipment:

a) Any one of these L type Welding Positioner are often used for specific few types of workpieces, but in large volume, as in the case of automatic workpiece flow production stream line in a Construction Machinery facility;

b) With the change of fitting fixtures, or chucks, different kinds of workpiece can be fit onto the welding equipment. So, the welding equipment has the full name of L type Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner: (Fig.2, 3)

3) The above mentioned definition and classification on the L type Elevating Welding Positioner, as well as the remaining equipment and machine tools are not in the absolute sense, just as a reference.

3. Specifications of LBS12 Model L type Lifting and Revolving Welding Positioner:

1) L Arm Revolve along Upright Plane in L type Welding Positioner:

a) In this L type Welding Positioner, rotating linear velocity of L arm around the axis in the column within the upright plane has the constant value of 2r.p.m., within the extent of 0°~360°:  (Fig.4)

b) This is standard specification for the welding positioner, and can be special made;

2) Revolving Speed of Welding turntable in L type Welding Positioner:

a) This is also revolve of workpiece on the Welding turntable, along top surface of front extension of L arm, whatever the real time position of the L arm: Whether it is at its bottom position, or being turned in the air: (Fig.5)

b) This revolving speed of the Welding turntable is adjustable with A.C. inverter. The exact speed range is determined by customer, with revolve scope of 0°~360°.
