1. Operating Steps: During operation, the mechanical frame worktables of the Steel Moving Machine are lifted synchronously by two oil cylinders, so that the workpiece is lifted off the roller table, avoiding the poor stability of the single cylinder cross structure, and the workpiece can be moved back and forth by the travel reduction motor;
2. Function Units: The oil pipes and cables are dragged by metal tank drag chains, which are safe, good appearance and reliable;
3. Electric Control System: The entire BOX H Beam Turnover Cart machine has compact structure. Its electronic control system is integrated with LHC model H Beam SAW Welding Machine, together with independent remote operation panel, safe/ convenient and easy to operate;
4. Strong Points: This Hydraulic Drive Lifting BOX H Beam Turnover Cart features in high efficiency, high quality, accurate positioning, reliable and flexible operation;

As shown in attached and below photo:
1) Surface of moving table is fabricated with thick checker plate, this is for the purpose of increasing friction force between table surface and workpiece, and enhance rigidity of moving table, so as to promise reliable support on large and heavy BOX H Beam, avoiding its sliding off the BOX H Beam Turnover Cart during transportation and start on, stop off;
2) Structure Feature: The work table is in the form double layer scissor BOX structure, with oil cylinders being installed at bottom tier of the structure. This decreases total height of the Steel Moving Machine when not in operation, and guarantees sufficient elevating stroke (80mm), making a compact/ regular/ flexible structure of the equipment:

5. Next Step: After being transported by the BOX H Beam Turnover Cart, the H Beam is lifted by the travel cart to be raised off conveyor, and put onto 60° turnover rack machine of LHC H Beam Welding Machine.
