From this product section we go into sub group of double table top Welding Positioner. It is developed on the basis of single work table structured products.
In terms of quantity of Welding Turning Table in a set of Weld Positioner, these Welding Positioning Equipment can be distributed into two broad categories of Single Table Top and Double Table Top structures:
1A) Single work table variable rotating linear speed two motion axis: (Fig.1)
1B) Single revolve table variable welding speed three degree of freedom L structure: (Fig.2)
a) One set of such Welding Positioning Equipment has only one piece of Welding turntable. It is the basic type, or, in certain respect, universal applied products, which sees the most widely use in practical application;
i. 0°~ 360° Welding turntable infinite revolve for adjusting workpiece orientation;
ii. 0°~115° Welding turntable tilt for further adjusting workpiece to the best workpiece orientation;
iii. Three axis Welding Positioner: And sometimes, single work table welding equipment has capability of elevation, giving the machinery the third degree of freedom;
c) Single Table Top Welding Positioner usually is applied for processing small and medium size structure members;
2A) Double work table of individual type: (Fig.3)
2B) Double work table of integral structure: (Fig.4)
a) One set of such Welding Positioning Equipment has two pieces of Welding Turning Table. For this reason, the control axis of Welding turntable 0°~115° tilt is removed, and maintain the 0°~360° variable speed revolve of workpiece;
b) Also, same as single work table models welding equipment, sometimes double work table Variable Speed Welding Turning Table has elevation capability;
c) Double welding table structured models is usually used for fabricating on long length strip shape workpieces.
a) To give more freedom on arrangement of workpiece: Some of structure members have fairly long length, which extend beyond control boundary of single work table models;
b) This type of double table top models is applicable for welding batch of workpiece with identical or similar specification, especially length. And every time workpiece length changed, one of the Welding turntable needs to be relocated;
a) There are many variations in the sub group of double work table models welding equipment. For the product of this section, as you can find from the attached photos, the 2 Welding turntable are split type: No physical connection between them;
b) So, distance between the two sets of Welding turntable is determined by workpiece length, and can be changed when changing a new batch of workpiece: (Fig.5)
c) The two sets of Welding Turning Table are fixed onto floor ground with anchor bolts.
1) This double work table models equipment has only one control axis, which is, revolve around the horizontal axis joining the two Welding Turning Table;
2) Revolve of the Welding turntable is motor drive. Of which one set is drive type, and the other is idle style, or follower;
3) During work of the Welding Positioning Equipment, the corresponding revolving speed of Welding turntable can be either constant, for example, 1.6 rpm, or adjustable with A.C. inverter. The latter option has more wider application;
4) Operation is by means of the remote pendant and operating panel: (Fig.6)
a) This means, the workpiece can either revolve for performing circumferential welding;
b) Or being fixed at certain position by means of holding brake of the braking motor, for performing longitudinal welding.
