LBS20 Revolving And Elevating L Type Welding Positioner with Workpiece Fixture

1.      The Application Field of LBS20 L type Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner:

1)      The LBS20 loading tonnage of 2Ton Weld Turning Table L type Welding Positioner is medium model of this product group;

2)      It has the similar working principle, mechanical structure, degree of freedom, and control logic as the lighter duty of LBS10 (1Ton Weld Turning Table loading capacity), LBS12 (1.2Ton) and heavier duty of LBS30 3Ton L type Revolving and Elevating type Welding Positioner;

3)      Depending on size of workpieces to be secured into the Weld Turning Table, the LBS20 1.2Ton loading tonnage of the L type Lifting and Revolving Welding Positioner has vertical travel stroke of 1000~1200mm.

2.       Technical Characteristics of LBS series L type Revolving and Elevating type Welding Positioner:

Below descriptions are applicable for full range of the Weld Turning Table loading capacity from 1Ton to 3Ton and above (LBS10~ LBS30 and larger models) in the LBS model L type Elevating type Welding Positioner:

1)      Guiderails for Guiding Elevation of Weld Turning Table in the Elevating type Welding Positioner: (Fig.1)

a)       As can be seen from the above picture, there are 4 pieces of ball bearing linear guideways (the best of its kind) in one set of LBS L type Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner, fit at the 4 edges of internal surface of the L type Welding Positioner frame, or called the left and right 2 pieces of columns (marked in yellow color square in the picture);

b)      This is similar to the product H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral machine. It is for the purpose of guiding the smooth and stable movement of L arm and Weld Turning Table along vertical direction;

2)      Hydraulic System in the L type Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner:

a)       Hydraulic cylinder is fit at its beneath to give power on L arm and Weld Turning Table up and down travel;

b)      Hydraulic pump station is put alongside the equipment frame of the LBS20 L type Lifting and Revolving Welding Positioner;

c) Due to the larger size of pump station for 2Ton LBS20, it can not be put inside the cavity of machine body as in the case of LBS10 L type Welding Positioner: (Fig.2)

3)      Mounting Carriage for the L Arm and Weld Turning Table in the L type Welding Positioner: (Fig.3)

a)       In LBS series L type Lifting and Revolving Welding Positioner, with the increasement of Weld Turning Table loading tonnage from 2ton, the mounting carriage for holding the L arm is also strengthened, marked in yellow color square in the above picture;

b)      There are several pieces of stiffeners welded onto the mounting carriage;

4)      Security Units in the LBS20 L type Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner:

a)       Besides, due to the heavier workpiece applied in the LBS20 and heavier loading capacity of Weld Turning Table in the L type Welding Positioner, safety is the foremost considered factor: (Fig.4)

b)      As can be seen from the above picture, eye catching warning signs of bright yellow stripes, and alarm lights are applied on the motion units L Arm and Weld Turning Table of this Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner. Please check the above picture, marked in yellow color square in the picture;

5)      Contamination Control Protection in the LBS models L type Elevating type Welding Positioner:

a)       From the above picture we can observe, that black color dust proof cover is applied for the transmission mechanism of motioning unit L Arm and Weld Turning Table, in the LBS models L type Elevating and Revolving Welding Positioner, marked in yellow color square in the picture: (Fig.5)

b)      This gives contamination control protection on this Elevating type Welding Positioner working in rigorous welding environment.
