This is a set of automatic running and user friendly equipment for H Beam production. The main duty of operator has 3 sections of:
1) Material Handling into and out of the Machine:
a) Manual loading and unloading of raw materials (flange and web cut from CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine);
b) WIP (Work in process) of welded T Beam;
c) Finished workpieces of welded H Beam/ I Beam:

2) Process Control:
a) Before official running of the machine, set up series of parameters involving process steps for H Beam production, by means of manipulating operating panel and control console of the machine and SAW power supply:
b) Operator manages on operation of Wuxi JACK ZHJ15 model 3 in 1 H Beam Welder Machine before official work: (Fig.4)
3) Observe on working process of the machine during T Beam/ H Beam/ I Beam manufacture, and if necessary, make adjustment on process control parameters of machine or welding power supply, as is shown in the attached photos and below:

Design and develop this ZHJ series machinery takes fully consideration on safe and easy operation in the period, for getting the best ergonomics performance:
1) The central area of the machine is an area of around 2,000mm width by 2,100mm length, and surrounded with lateral brackets for protection on working staff and material;
2) In this way, people can not get access to rolling and transmission part of the H Beam Welding Equipment, which may bring hidden harm to them:
