1. Background: The attached photos show different models of Wuxi JACK PHJ and ZHJ series 3 in 1 I H Beam Fabrication Machine in the stage of installation and put into operation at customers site;
1) 3 Standard Models: Of which, PHJ group Pull Through Vertical I H Beam Welder has three standard models of PHJ15/ 18/ 20, which is nominated based on the largest height of H Beam web height available for production: 1500/ 1800/ 2000 mm;
2) ZHJ models machine also has three standard models of ZHJ15/ 18/ 20;

The major difference between PHJ and ZHJ is cross section of welded I H Beam manufactured shown in below small sketch, and related the way of H Beam assembling operation in the two types of machine:
1. The most important questions customers have interest on automatic equipment are: Application Scenario/ Constructure and Layout/ Working Principle/ Process Step/ Operation;
2. These information on Wuxi JACK Integral Function I H Beam Welding Equipment can be found from product section of ZHJ15 and ZHJ18;

Operating Buttons Distribution:
1) As can be seen from the 1st photo and above small photo, the central working station of the machine is at right hand of mechanical main frame, standing at outlet side, and facing the input conveyor;
2) This is for the purpose of friendly operation for operator when operating on the Pull Through Vertical I H Beam Welder, that he/she can manage the entire working process of the machine conveniently;
3) The central working station consists of 3 main elements: The operating panel of the machine itself, and the 2 pieces of control consoles for SAW (Submerged arc welding) power supply. The operating panel and control console can be studied clearly in the 2nd and 3rd photos and below:

1) Besides, for the purpose of easy access and convenient operation, there are 2 pieces of remote button boxes placed at assembly cell and straightening cell of the machine respectively;
2) These remote control boxes have small size, and installed with only 3 buttons (Up/ down/ STOP). Please check the attached 2nd and 5th photos, and below small photos:

These two units are the “Commanding center” of the Pull Through Vertical I H Beam Welder:
1) In any one set of PHJ and ZHJ series machine, there are two pieces of SAW control soles, for controlling the two sets of SAW power supplies. The 2 pieces of control console are installed together, so that operator can manage the two sets of SAW power supplier with easy operation:

2) These SAW power supply control consoles are supplied together with the SAW power supplies/wire feeders from suppliers;
3) On this control console, all the critical steps/ parameters for managing welding process in the Integral Function I H Beam Welding Machine: Welding Start/ Stop; Welding feature of Constant Current/ Constant Voltage; Welding Wire Inch Up/Down; Welding Current/ Voltage; Wire feeding speed, can all be set up here;
4) During work, the above mentioned technical parameters can be displayed in real time on the control consoles;
This is the core managing element for successful running of the machine: (Fig.7)
As can be seen from the above small photo and attached photos, the operating panel can be divided into 3 sections of:
1) The top section in the panel, for all the primary working cells control: The machine itself, assembling, welding and straightening;
2) The left lower section in the panel, for managing all function units equipped with the machine;
3) The right lower section in the panel, for assisting unit and working speed display in real time.
