A. Composition and Structure of Production Line 3 in 1 H Beam Steel Fabrication Machine:

1.  This working complex Steel Fabrication Machine is composed of:

1) 2 sets of PHJ or ZHJ model 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine;

2) 1 group of hydraulic drive 90° Overturning Equipment, which includes 3 sets of 90° Overturning Racks;

3) Installation and put into operation of Wuxi JACK production line 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine at customer site: (Fig.1)

2. Constructure of Working Group 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine:

1) Installation: Shown in the above photo, the 2 sets of PHJ or ZHJ model machine are installed in staggered straight line;

2) Overturning Racks: The centerline of the 2 sets of H Beam Steel Fabrication Machine equals to swing range of rocking arm, in the hydraulic drive 90° Overturning Equipment;

3) Location: The 90° Overturning Equipment is situated between the 2 sets of 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, in between output roller table of the 1st set machine, together with input roller table of the 2nd set Steel Fabrication Machine;

B. Purpose and Design Idea of Production Line Arrangement 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine:

1. Main Equipment: To raise H Beam fabrication efficiency, technical proposal of this product proposes 2 sets of PHJ or ZHJ model machine, supplemented with 1 group of hydraulic drive 90° Overturning Equipment installed in the middle. Please check the above layout;

2. This forms a compact streamflow H Beam Steel Structure Production Line:

1) The 1st set of PHJ or ZHJ model machine fabricates the 1st piece of web and flange, into ⊥ beam, or named T Beam;

2) Then, the ⊥ beam is flipped 90° in the hydraulic drive overturning equipment;

3) Then the WIP workpiece is sent to the 2nd set of PHJ or ZHJ model machine, and fabricated with the 2nd piece of flange;

4) In this respect, this product is new version of more versatile and powerful H Beam Production Line;

C. Production Sequence and Advantages of H Beam Steel Structure Production Line:

1. Preparation on H Beam 3 in 1 Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine Into Operation:

1) Below photo demonstrates on the entry point of this H Beam Steel Structure Production Line: (Fig.4)

2) As indicated in the above photo, there is a set of CNC Plate Cutting Machine ahead of the PHJ or ZHJ model 3 in 1 H Beam Steel Fabrication Machine;

3) The CNC Plate Cutting Machine is for providing raw materials flange and web to the 1st set of machine;

2. Process Technology Applied in H Beam Steel Structure Production Line:

1) At the working zone, the flange and web will be first made into welded T Beam;

2) Then the half finished T Beam is overturned 90° on the Hydraulic drive overturning racks: (Fig.5)

3) And adding on the 2nd piece of web, making WIP (Working In Process) into the finished H Beam;

3. Advantages of H Beam Steel Structure Production Line:

Compared with conventional heavy duty H Beam Steel Structure Production Line, this compact H Beam Steel Structure Production Line has below values for customers:

1) Saving workshop land area, from standard 120m length, shortened to 43m length;

2) From 24m width, shrink to 16m width;

3) Flexibility in arrangement and finished working parts by customers;

4) Huge saving investment over 50% for customers.

2. Positioning Coordination of H Beam Steel Structure Production Line:

1) The entire complex of the machine should be installed as reference from workshop wall or column array;

2) This is for getting the shortest distance of routing utility conduits in workshop: Electric cables, gas, water, etc.;

3) The interval between centerline of the 1st set of 3 in 1 H Beam machine, with respect to wall/ column array, should be at least 3300mm;

4) This is for getting sufficiency room for putting hydraulic pump stations and electric control board of the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, as well as people walking passage;

5) Close up on layout of entry point at the 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine: (Fig.7)

3. Each Set of the PHJ/ ZHJ 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine:

1) Every set of the H Beam Steel Structure Production Line has input and output conveyors;

2) Each group of the conveyors is composed of 3 segments of roller table respectively, in 11m total length;

3) Summing up, 1 set of PHJ/ ZHJ machine occupies around 25m length workshop floor;

4. Intermediate Point in H Beam Steel Structure Production Line:

1) The 3 pieces of 90° Overturning Rack are located in stagger, in between the 3 pieces of roller table of the output conveyor of the 1st set of 3 in 1 machine, with that of the 2nd set;

2) Transferring point between the 2 sets of PHJ/ZHJ H Beam Steel Fabrication Machine: (Fig.9)
