1) Two sets of mechanical main frames of ZHJ8015 model 3 in 1 machine were standing at a corner of Wuxi JACK workshop for demonstration,
a) Function units: Hydraulic Pump station/ Electric board/ SAW Power supply;
b) Welding supporting units: Welding flux hopper/ Recycling unit/ Wire feeder;
c) Operating Station: Operating panel/ Control console of SAW Power supply/ Small pendant;
2) This gives us a novel perspective on central working cells (Assembling/ Welding/ Straightening) in spatial view, which can help us gaining better understanding on working principle of this 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine.
1) Here we use base frame of PHJ machine for explanation. The attached 2nd and 3rd photos give different visual angle on its central workspace (Side view versus Front top view), at the different production stage (Commissioning versus Ready for Shipment), in the order to delivery loop of the PHJ Integrated SAW H Beam Welding Machine;
Standing at the material entry point (The middle bottom in the 3rd photo), and take it as coordinate origin. In the exact same orientation as photographer of the 3rd photo;
A three coordinate system can be set up in the SAW H Beam Welding Machine:
a) Make the material flowing direction toward straightening unit as positive side of X axis. Think about this: It is also time axis of machine operation;
b) Your hand rightward and leftward as positive and negative side of Y axis individually;
c) Your hand upward and downward as positive and negative side of Z axis individually;
i. Assembling and welding mechanisms of the machine are at the same coordinate position along X axis. This means, assembling and welding happen at the same time.;
ii. Straightening unit is at larger positive position along X axis. So, straightening job is made next to assembling and welding;
i. H Beam Welding unit has higher positive position along Z axis than assembling unit --- So that the two simultaneous performed jobs will not clash with each other in physical space of the machine;
ii. H Beam Assembling unit has same position with straightening unit along Z axis--- Because these two mechanisms are for making and dressing lengthwise direction of workpiece, at different point of time;
The three units of assembling/ welding/ straightening have same positive and negative symmetric positions along Y axis in symmetry --- Definitely, Y axis determines cross section effect of workpiece H Beam/ I Beam/ T Beam in the ZHJ and PHJ series machine, which should be processed in symmetric style;
a) The attached 4th photo, with a piece of T Beam in fabrication, gives graphic representation on how does the H Beam assembling and welding units work in collaboration in the machine. The straightening unit is outside of screen and can not be seen;
b) The attached 5th and 6th photos show disassembling state(After painting) and assembling state (Before painting) of the central workspace with its top gantry respectively;
In the sophistic and ingenious designed ZHJ and PHJ machine, dimensions/ positions of all the elements need to be considered and calculated carefully and validated. Operation of function units please see product section of PHJ15.
