HGZ Light Duty Portable Standard Self Adjustable Welding Rotator

1.     The Classification on HGZ Self Adjusting Welding Rotator in view of Tonnage:

1)      Besides from the aspect of configured function, for this series of HGZ Self Adjusting Welding Roller Bed, another dimension of dividing the product is in view of its loading capacity:

2)      As introduced at the beginning of this product group of Welding Rotator, HGZ series Self Adjustable Welding Roller Bed have standard tonnage from 5Ton to 250Ton:

a)       Of these, the 5Ton, 10Ton, and 20Ton can be classified as Light duty Welding Rotator, or Small Welding Rotator;

b)      Loading tonnage scope of 40Ton to 150Ton (40 Ton, 60 Ton, 80 Ton, 100 Ton, 150 Ton) can be viewed as Medium duty Welding Turning Roller;

c)       200Ton and 250Ton can be grouped as heavy duty welding rotator.

2.     Technical View on HGZ series Self Adjusting Light duty Welding Rotator:

In this section we will have a spread on HGZ series self adjusting Light duty Welding Turning Roller:

1)      Workpieces in HGZ Light duty Welding Rotator:

The cylindrical parts to be welded, painted, or assembled with these small Welding Roller Bed should have the diameter scope from Dia.250mm to Dia.3500mm, extensive;

2)      Linear Speed of Light duty Welding Turning Roller:

a)       During work of the Welding Rotator, its rollers are in revolving. This is the welding speed of the Light duty Welding Roller Bed;

b)      This linear velocity is same as that of the medium duty and heavy duty Self Adjusting Welding Rotator: To be available for modulation within the range of 100~1000 mm/min., controlled with A.C. inverter;

3)      Motor Power of Light duty Welding Roller Bed:

The driving motor for Welding Turning Roller revolving in Small Welding Rotator ranges in 0.75kW ~1.5kW, based on specific tonnage of the Welding Roller Bed;

4)      Diameter of Welding Turning Roller in Light duty Welding Rotator:

a)       All of the workpieces used in these portable Welding Roller Bed, which can have direct contact with all the four Welding Turning Roller have its size ranging from 760mm to 1160mm;

b)      Of course, if adding function of beds adjustable is equipped with the Self Adjusting Welding Rotator, as introduced in the preceding section of “HGZ Roller Bed Adjusting High Quality Self Adjusting Welding Rotator”, the diameter range of the Welding Turning Roller can be wider accordingly;

5)      Installation of the HGZ Self Adjusting Light duty Welding Turning Roller:

a)       For fixation of these light duty welding rotator, just put it on the workshop ground, without the need of using anchor bolt, let alone foundation made;

b)      So, relocation of these Small Welding Rotator is easy job. Design of the Welding Roller Bed gives these self adjusting Welding Turning Roller solid base: (Fig.1) 

6)      Operation of the HGZ Light duty Self Adjusting Welding Rotator:

Operation of the HGZ standard Self Adjustable Welding Roller Bed is with a remote pendant. See below picture. There are varieties of button layout design with remote pendant of the standard Welding Turning Roller, and this is just one of example. Whatever design of the pendant, they all share the functions of:  (Fig.2)

a)     Power On and Off of the Welding Rotator;

b)     Welding Turning Roller Revolving Speed adjustment knob and its digital display;

c)     Revolving direction switching between Forward and Backward of the Welding Turning Roller;

d)     Emergency Stop button of the Light duty Welding Rotator;

7)      Supplementary Notes on the Self Adjusting Light duty Welding Rotator:
