Feature: PHJ20 is the largest model of conventional PHJ series 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine, which can deliver welded H Beam/ T Beam of web height 2000mm, of symmetric and asymmetric flange position with respect to web. See attached sketch: (Fig.1)
This is the cornerstone, or central working unit of the machine. It is of inverted assembled U gantry base style, and consisted of:
1) This unit is assembled into inversed U shape with welding structure members: (Fig.2)
2) For promise precise assembling of the machine, the positioning of its structure members is secured with a set of positioning pin hole fixture: (Fig.3)
3) This unit helps to come into being the complete mechanical main body of Pull Through H Beam Welder. There is hydraulic driving downward stroke holding unit fit at its middle, for firmly pressing top flange of H Beam during fabrication: (Fig.4)
1) This is the lower section half of the machine main body;
2) It also serves as “working station” of the machine: That all the critical units of H Beam fabrication: Assembly unit/ Welding unit, and Straightening unit are all installed here: (Fig.5)
3) Which means, the core operation of H Beam Assembly/ Welding/Straightening is performed at this unit;
4) Drive and transmission unit of the machine is also installed at its bottom;
1) As introduced in the former product of PHJ18 model machine, this unit consists of 6 sets (or, 12 pieces) of web alignment rollers alongside left and right of H Beam web, and 2 sets (or, 4 pieces) of H Beam web alignment rollers on top of flange;
2) This unit has the alternative name of Self-Alignment unit: (Fig.6)
3) It carries out the first task of machine: Precise positioning and secureness of H Beam flanges and web, followed with the next step of welding;
4) This unit is hydraulic driven.
1. 2 Optional Welding Modes: As introduced in the former product of PHJ18 model machine, there are two options of SAW and or CO2 welding: (Fig.7,8)
2. Main Units Installation: Welding system consists of 2 groups of: Welding torch/ Welding torch precise position adjustment mechanism (Motor/ cross slides/ precise linear guiderail)/ Welding wire feeding system; SAW welding flux sending and recycling system. These 2 groups are installed in symmetry at central work zone of the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine: (Fig.9)
3. Welding System Brand: The machine has 2 sets of Welding power supply/ related control console. It is main outsourced function units of the machine. There are several brands of welding power supply available for either of the welding mode;
4. Whatever the welding power supply, it is equipped with wire feeding unit and control console:
5. Besides the basic unit of welding torch and power supply, for SAW Welding H Beam Fabrication Machine, welding flux unit is a necessity. It is fit on the upper section of gantry of the machine: (Fig.10)
