ZHJ8018 is the middle one of standard models ZHJ series 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine, for fabricating welded T Beam H Beam of web (wall) height 200~ 1800mm; Other specifications of delivered H Beam are same as those of ZHJ8015 model machine.
As introduced in the product page of Integral Function H Beam Welding Machine, ZHJ series automatic Vertical H Beam Welder is for producing symmetric cross section welded T Beam H Beam, while PHJ series can fabricate on both symmetric and asymmetric cross section beams: (Fig.1)
Difference mainly happens at the assembling step:
1) In PHJ series automatic 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, it is semi-automatic: One side of H Beam is with hydraulic drive clamping, while the other side of H Beam is with manual adjustment handwheel;
2) In ZHJ series machine, H Beam assembly is fully automatic, at both sides of its web in phase;
Difference also lies in assembly unit of the two series of machine. Welding unit and straightening unit are the same. To be specific, Positioning of flange and web at both sides:
PHJ series Integral Function H Beam Welding Machine: (Fig.2)
1) Drive: One side of web alignment rollers is driven with hydraulic cylinders, while the other side is adjusted manually by handwheel and leadscrew;
2) Transmission of alignment rollers: Hydraulic cylinder directly;
3) Guiding of alignment rollers: With rectangular rail;
ZHJ Series 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine: (Fig.3)
1) Drive: Both sides of web alignment rollers are driven with hydraulic cylinder in phase, connected together by a mechanical shaft which is installed at the bottom of main body;
2) Transmission of alignment rollers: With chain and sprocket;
3) Guiding of alignment rollers: Guiding bush, inside is nut and screw;
In general, price of ZHJ series Vertical H Beam Welder is about 5~6% lower than that of PHJ series;
In general, PHJ and ZHJ series machines are at the same level, which major covers electricity and welding consumables;
Generally speaking, in China more customers prefer ZHJ series machine; While in overseas market PHJ series machine takes majority share.
