Variable Cost Reduction: Before introduction of these Automatic H Beam Production Machine, it needs 6 operators to compose a team for producing welded H Beam:
1) To be specific,
a) 2 operators for operating on H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine;
b) 2 operators for operating on H Beam Gantry Welding Machine;
c) 1 operator for working on H Beam Straightening Machine;
d) 1 operator for transferring workpieces among these three H Beam Production Machine;
2) For working on 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine: Now, only 1~1.5 operators are needed to take care on one set of PHJ and ZHJ series machine. Here 1.5 operators refer to one veteran operator leading an apprentice as backup labor.

Checking from the above photo, the operating sequence on 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine:
1) Loading flanges and web onto input conveyor roller tables of the PHJ and ZHJ series machine;
2) Setting welding parameters on the control console of SAW welding power supply. For batch production on welded H Beam, one time set up technical parameters is fine;
3) Watch on working process of the PHJ and ZHJ series Automatic H Beam Fabrication Machine;
