1. Where Used: Four or Five Heads Heavy duty Plate Edge Beveling Machine is usually applied in the field of big Civil Project, the most often examples are Steel Structure, Bridge Construction, especially Bay Bridge;
2. Why Need: To be specific, in such big projects, there are huge amounts of large size and heavy weight metal plates used as raw materials, which need to have large plate beveling on its both edges and four corners in high productivity, and hence calls for application of Four or Five sets of milling heads configuration in these heavy duty machines for plate edge milling;
The sheet metal plates to be processed with such large Welding Auxiliary Equipment have size range of:
1) Length Range: Max. 18,000mm to 23,000mm;
2) Width Range: Max. 3,000mm to 4,000mm;
3) Thickness Range: 6~ 200mm;
4) Weight: Up to 70~75 Ton, which are really colossuses;
