WJ40 and WJ25 models machine is mainly composed of:
1) Machine base --- Skeleton, working units support of the machine;
2) Main body --- It is in the style of one side fixed and one size movable, for accommodating to different H Beam web width;
3) Input and output roller table --- For loading in and out of the machine;
4) Hydraulic station --- WJ series horizontal equipment is also hydraulic drive on straightening, same as YTJ series vertical position models machine;
5) Electrical control system --- It is 380V/220V (Chinese national standard, can adapt to customer’s local regulation) power circuit, and contactor relay control circuit;
1) Same as HYJ40 model motor drive model machine, transmission system of WJ25 and WJ40 is adopted with 7.5KW motors and driven with cycloid gear speed reducer:

2) Different from HYJ-40 model, the quantity of transmission unit in WJ series is two sets, instead of only one set in HYJ-40.
1) WJ25 and WJ40 models machine have one integral group of mechanical machine base, which is used for installing main body:

2) This strong base mechanical base bed is of welding structure, with sufficient strength to withstand on straightening process;
3) Railway of the machine base is precise machined, to fully guarantee on straightening accuracy.
1) Mechanical main frame of WJ25 and WJ40 models is: One side is stationary, and the other side is moving type, to cater for changed web width of welding H Beam:

2) Such design of main frame structure, is different from that of YTJ and HYJ series straightening machine.
1) Straightening Drive: The acting of main straightening rollers is driven with hydraulic cylinders. It can move along horizontal direction, accommodating on different H Beam flange height change;
2) Adjustment on H Beam Flange Width: The top straightening roller also can move along horizontal direction. That is, straightening rollers distance can be adjusted with respect to different H Beam flange width:

1) For the purpose of promising user friendly operation, the WJ25 and WJ40 models hydraulic drive straightening machines are equipped with operating panel on its main body (Approximating to straightening section), and operating pendant (For operator remote control on work):

2) Compared with the T cavity in YTJ and HYJ series straightening machines, the two cavities of WJ25 and WJ40 models machine are rotated 90° CW (Clockwise) and CCW (Counter clockwise) respectively, at left and right side of straightening units:

3) For this reason, in WJ25 and WJ40 models, the three pieces of straightening rollers should be called as two interior straightening rollers and one exterior straightening roller, instead of two pieces of top rollers and one piece of bottom roller, in HYJ and YTJ series straightening machine;
4) In the process of straightening, H Beam is sent into the straightening cavities of the WJ models straightening machine;
5) Its both sides flanges are straightened with plastic deformation acted with the force from the two sets of interior straightening rollers;
6) Straightening Work Way: Meanwhile, the exterior straightening roller holds against external surface of flange firmly, and revolves at the same time, making the H Beam got straightened continuously along its entire length, and is sent forward simultaneously;
7) This accomplishes task of H Beam straightening at both sides flanges in phase, in the WJ series Horizontal H Beam Straightening Machine.
