YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 models are the intermediate product category, connecting HYJ series mechanical motor drive and YTJ series hydraulic drive in terms of:
H Beam cross section orientation: (Fig.1)
1) Medium straightening capacity of 40~50mm flange thickness for Q345 steel (Tensile strength is 510~600MPa);
2) Machine structure and straightening process more approach to mechanical HYJ series motor drive machines, but in the same kind of hydraulic drive as YTJ-60 and YTJ-80 models.
Different from YTJ-60 and YTJ-80 models, (please check previous product, item 2), after adjusting span between the two top straightening rollers, secure of H Beam web is made with manual leadscrew at both sides of machine body;

2) As can be seen from above, in YTJ-40/50 models: (Fig.3)
a) There are two pairs of web positioning rollers at the front side and back side of machine main frame;
b) Each pair has left and right two sets of positioning rollers;
c) Each set has top and bottom two pieces of positioning rollers;
d) In all, for one set of YTJ40~50 Hydraulic I Beam Flange Straightening Machine, there are eight pieces of positioning rollers in total for Web clamping purpose;
e) Movement of these positioning rollers is made with handwheel at both sides of machine body, by way of leadscrew;
f) HYJ series mechanical motor drive models machines has same structure as above for this mechanism.
For YTJ40 and YTJ50 models machine structure, this unit is also same as mechanical HYJ series motor drive structure, but different from YTJ60 and YTJ80 heavy duty ones:
1) To have distance of the two pieces of top straightening rollers match with various width of H Beam flange width, this straightening unit should be movable;
2) Instead of driven with oil cylinder as in the case of YTJ-60 and YTJ-80 models, movement of the straightening unit is realized with handwheel by means of leadscrew, along the T slot at its beneath:

3) Do not make confusion with handwheels for clamping H Beam web mentioned in item 1 with the handwheels here. In the above picture, these two handwheels are at the upper location of the machine main body.
