This product section has brief introduction on a working group, which is consisted of and in the form of:
1) Two sets of identical SXBJ-4 model Advanced Function Steel Plate Edge Beveling Machine, which are installed at BOL (Begin of Line) working station, in a heavy duty high efficiency Production Line, in a famous Chinese Port Machinery Company facility;
2) These two sets of SXBJ-4 model automatic equipment for steel plate end beveling are deployed “Back to back”, and work as an integrated unity during running period of the Production Line. See attached photos and below small one:
3) The Wuxi JACK Production Line based SXBJ-4 high efficiency tandem machines for steel plate end milling: (Fig.1)
1) These two sets of equipment for sheet metal plate end beveling, are arranged in line with the workpiece longitudinal flowing direction in the Production Line, for the purpose of producing Stiffener Plate Element. See below photo:
2) The Wuxi JACK J28 Stiffener Plate Element Straightening Machine and its delivered stiffener plate, which should have steel plates edge grooved in Edge Milling Machine ahead of time: (Fig.2)
These 2 sets of SXBJ-4 model automatic equipment for sheet metal end beveling belong to advanced configuration XBJ and SXBJ series Steel Plate Edge Milling Machine, which have advanced function cells of:
1) Edge milling angle keying in, adjustment and display by means of HMI (Human machine interface) and its touch screen;
HMI and touch screen fit into control board door of Wuxi JACK advanced function Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.3)
2) The two pieces of milling head in each set of the SXBJ-4 model machine for plate end milling have broad edge milling angle scope of 0°~ 90°;
The drive motors for the 2 sets of 0°~ 90° milling angle range head carriage, in Wuxi JACK advanced configuration machine of plate edge milling: (Fig.4)
3) High Precision Management: Milling head feeding and retreating stroke is managed by means of counter, instead of visual check in conventional models machine of steel plate edge chamfering:
The encounter and drive motor, for controlling and checking edge milling feeding stroke in Wuxi JACK advanced configuration plate Edge Chamfering Machine: (Fig.5)
Please check below photos for observation, in the internal zone of the edge milling work station, between mechanical working tables of the two sets of SXBJ-4 model machines for steel plate edge beveling :
a) These two sets of SXBJ-4 model double heads Plate End Milling Machine have its working units of edge milling heads, 4 sets in total, 2 sets on each set of the machine, are arranged face to face;
b) The 4 pieces of edge milling head carriages of the 2 sets of SXBJ-4 Wuxi JACK double heads configuration machines for edge milling, assembled face to face in the working zone: (Fig.6)
a) In other words, material steel plate going into and out sections are at the external sides of these two sets of SXBJ-4 model machines for plate edge milling, at the incoming and outgoing port of this working zone respectively;
b) The workpiece steel plate going through port are arranged back to back, in the working zone of the 2 sets of Wuxi JACK SXBJ-4 plate End Beveling Equipment: (Fig.7)
a) There are 2 pairs of motorized 0°~ 90° swiveling rock arm, installed between the 2 sets of SXBJ-4 model machine for plate edge milling;
b) Which, during running of the sets of SXBJ-4 model machine for plate edge chamfering, are turned up to around 90° position, for leaving operating space of the milling head carriages;
c) And, laid at 0° position, for serving as transporting conveyors of workpiece steel plate between the 2 sets of SXBJ-4 model machine for plate end milling;
d) The 90° position rocking arm between the 2 sets of Wuxi JACK SXBJ-4 plate Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.8)
4) Hydraulic pump stations and control boards of the two sets of SXBJ-4 Sheet Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine, are deployed at lateral side of the End Beveling Equipment working zone, with its cables and oil tubes going in the way of floor trough and slot. Please check the above photos;
a) During work of these two sets of SXBJ-4 model machines for plate end milling, operators of the two sets of Edge Beveling Machine usually stand at external side of the operating zone, face to face remotely;
b) Or stand at lateral side of Edge Milling Machine working zone;
c) Operator stands at lateral side, and works on Wuxi JACK SXBJ-4 working group Plate Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.9)
