1) The Leadscrew Adjustable Welding Turning Roll discussed in this product section is made on the basis of the previous product of traveling type;
2) Say concretely, on the basis of the Welding Rotator with traveling capability, this product has its center distance of the Welding Turning Roller adjusted with motor drive leadscrew. It is a special made welding rotator.

Check from the above 2 pictures,
1) There are 2 sets of worm gear motor reducers in the 2 pieces of Welding Turning Roller in the driving section Weld Roller Bed;
2) There are 2 sets of worm gear motor reducers for driving leadscrews, 1 set each for driving and idler section;
3) There is 1 set of worm gear motor reducer for driving the idler section into movement;
4) So, one set of such special design HGK models Traveling Welding Rotator has 5 sets of worm gear reducers in total;
5) If equip the driving section Weld Roller Bed with movable function, another worm gear motor reducer will be added.
Instead of Cycloidal Motor Reducer?
1) Worm gear motor reducer has broader range of reduction ratio, compared with cycloidal motor reducer;
2) As introduced in the previous section of HGK series movable Leadscrew Adjustable Welding Turning Roller, worm gear motor reducer has better ability of heat dissipation. It is very important for welding work site.
1) The number one reason is quick and labor saving way of center distance for operation. Raising an example, it is very similar to remote control for watching TV at home…
2) Besides, it improves on automation level at customer facility.
1) Do not make confusion. For this tailor made Welding Rotator with traveling and leadscrew self adjusting function, no need to have in phase control of the leadscrew adjustment on the drive and idle section Weld Roller Bed;
2) In other words, the two sets of Weld Roller Bed can be adjusted with leadscrew separately. This is different from workpiece revolve in conventional Welding Rotator, which should be in synchronization between the driving and idler sections;
3) There are buttons on operating panel of the Welding Rotator, for starting on and off the leadscrews of the driving and idler section Weld Roller Bed respectively;
4) For getting precise management on leadscrew travel, there are rulers on pedestals of this special made welding rotating equipment.

2) For self adjustable leadscrew of this special made welding rotator, a set of worm gear motor reducer is in substitute of handwheel in the Standard Structure HGK Welding Rotator, and handle bar in the 6 edge rod control high precision type:

1) This is the principal movement in all types of Welding Rotator;
2) It is same as the remaining products of its product family: Changeable rpm controlled with A.C. inverter.
1) Considering loading confinement of the whole range of Leadscrew Adjustable Weld Roller Bed (Standard capacity up to 60 Ton), and considering its relative “complicated” design, such special Welding Rotator is most applicable for medium duty models;
2) All the other technical parameters are same as those of standard models of HGK series:
