Medium Loading Capacity HLK Series Welding Rotator Adjustable with Bolt

1.     The Criteria and Application of HLK Medium duty Standard Bolt Adjust Welding Rotator:

1)      The loading capacity of 40Ton to 100Ton are grouped into the medium duty Loading Capacity standard Bolt Adjust Weld Turning Roll;

2)      Adjusting Way in HLK Welding Roller Bed:

a)       The adjustment on center distance of the Weld Turning Roller, which in essence is for accommodating varied diameters of workpieces to be processed in this Welding Rotator, is by means of changing fitting positions of the mounting bolts. This is similar to adjusting way in “Single Table Top Manual Vertical Elevating Welding Positioner”: (Fig.1) 

b)      By means of proper adjustment on the Weld Rolling Bed, welding seams on the workpiece can be controlled to optimum position, fulfilling the target of reducing labor intensity, maintaining necessary welding speed and guaranteeing best welding quality delivered from the Welding Rotator;

3)      Application of the HLK Weld Turning Roll:

a)       It is in essence a multi functional Weld Rolling Bed, which can not only be used in welding, but also assembly, painting, blasting, inspection, etc.; The Welding Rotator can fulfil process operations of Fabrication, Burnishing, Fit up, Rubber lining, etc., which is a kind of truly powerful Bolt Adjust Weld Turning Roll;

b)      Besides, this range of Bolt Adjust Welding Roller Bed can be made into series of Hydraulic Jack Up Weld Turning Roller, or Anti Drifting Welding Rotator, or Traveling Welding Rotator, to meet the demand on higher standard of welding practices.

2.     Operation of the Medium duty HLK Bolt Adjust Weld Rolling Bed:

1)      Notes for Attention in the HLK Weld Rolling Bed:

a)       By means of manipulating center distance of the Welding Roller Bed, as in the case of HLK Bolt Adjust Welding Rotator is to change mounting grades of bolts, workpiece of various sizes can be operated in this Welding Rotator;

b)      During operation of the Weld Rolling Bed, circle center of the Weld Turning Roll of the Adjusting Welding Rotator by Bolt should always be kept in the same horizontal line, which can avoid the workpiece from deformation and or slippage: (Fig.2)

2)      Wider Range of Workpiece fitting for the HLK Welding Roller Bed:

a)       For some special shaped workpiece, which means, its external form is other than the typical cylindrical part applied in the Welding Rotator, just put it into the cylindrical shaped clamp, the workpiece can also be operated in this multi functional adjustable welding rotator with bolt;

b)      By means of making certain adjustment on the height of its driving section and idler section Welding Roller Bed respectively, these HLK series medium duty Weld Turning Roll can also carry out Welding and Assembly on pyramid shape workpiece (Which means, the size of Welding Rotator workpiece cross section change gradually along its length), or in the way of segmental operation on cylindrical parts of varying diameters on the Weld Rolling Bed.

3.     Technical Notes of HLK series Medium duty Bolt Adjust Weld Turning Roll:

1)      Strong Points of the HLK Welding Roller Bed:

This series of medium duty Bolt Adjust Weld Turning Roller have compact size, reasonable structure and easy operation, which is ideal auxiliary equipment for performing automatic welding at different working sites;

2)      Materials of HLK Medium duty Bolt Adjust Welding Rotator:

a)       Majority of these medium duty Welding Rotator adopt with combined Weld Turning Roll of rubber and metallic material;

b)      Each piece of the Weld Turning Roller is combination of one single rubber material Weld Turning Roll, and two metallic Weld Turning Roll: (Fig.3) 

c)       Rubber material Weld Turning Roll boost friction force, while metallic material Weld Turning Roll have good hardness, which is abrasion proof, pressure resistant and have long using life；

d)      Core of Weld Turning Roll is made of cast iron, and clad with rubber material, which has advantage of good abrasion proof performance；
