1) The vertical movement of top straightening rollers is guided with its“Roller Carriage” (As shown in the 3^rd photo), which, together with its “Press Plate”, are went thru precision machining of milling before assembled into the machine body (As can be seen from the attached pictures, antirust oil is applied its surface also), guaranteeing up and down movement of the rollers in high degree of precision;

2) For these ASM series longitudinal Angle Bar Straightening Machine, for each piece of its top straightening rollers, the couple fit of “Roller Carriage” with “Press Plate” make sure the top straightening rollers can only travel along vertical direction: Without clearance on horizontal direction of both forward and backward, as well as leftward and rightward, the rollers are not available on moving in these directions (Which means No Drifting). The “Press Plate” also serves as guiderail for vertical movement of the “Roller Carriage” and hence top straightening rollers, which is the No.1 important movement during working of the ASM-series Angle Iron Straightening Machine;
