1) Function: As introduced previously, XBJ and SXBJ series Sheet Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine is a kind of large size equipment, processing large size heavy weight steel plates;
2) Working Way: The traditional way of loading the steel plates into the machine before edge milling, and taking off after edge milling, is by means of manual pushing and pulling;
3) Hidden Risk for Operation: This is conceivable fairly dangerous and uneasy, not only considering size and weight of steel plate, but also the sharp edges of steel plate that may do harm to operators;

Wuxi JACK Exclusively Configuration: As its name suggests, this workpiece convenient handling machine has its workpiece steel plate loaded into and out of the machine automatically, by means of hydraulic drive handling system. 3. The Wuxi JACK patent hydraulic drive automatic running steel plate loading brackets equipped with Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.5)
1) Structure: As can be observed from the above photo, this machine automatic system is composed of several pieces of brackets, with array of rolling rollers installed on its top surface;
2) Operating Way: During preparation period of the machine, driven with hydraulic oil cylinders, these rolling rollers will revolve, driving the steel plate forward;
3) Plates Handling: Upon the steel plate is sent to proper position of the machine work table, the hydraulic handling system stops running, and the steel plate is positioned by means of inserting plugs on the brackets;
5. Nature: This machine equipped with such hydraulic automatic handling system can be viewed as an advanced configuration Edge Milling Machine;

a) Judging from its installation orientation, you can find that the left one set of milling unit is for milling on plate lower edge beveling, while the right one is for milling on straight edge and upper edge grooves;
