In early Apr. 2021, three sets of heavy duty machine were shipped from Wuxi JACK Technology to a famous Chinese Port Machinery Group in Shanghai --- ZPMC (ZHENHUA Port Machinery Company), including:

1) These Edge Rounding and Deburring Machine, Stiffener Plate Element Straightening Machine, are the essential equipment of a newly set up heavy duty Large Section Beam Production Line in ZPMC;
2) The large section beams, usually with its size of cross section (1~ 1.5m) width by (1.5~ 3m) height in the length of (20 ~30m), are the basic raw materials in manufacture of port machinery;

3. The Process Technology of Large Section Beam Production with Edge Rounding and Deburring Machine, Stiffener Plate Element Straightening Machine:
1) Plate sent in for cut;
2) The cut plate is flipped with the Steel Plate Overturning Racks;
3) The steel plate is sent to RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding Machine for edge deburring and trimming process, for improving its painting adhesion and relieving stress;
4) The plate is welded with stiffeners by means of welding robot, into the semi-finished product of Stiffener Plate Element;
5) This stiffener Plate Element usually has deformation after welding. So, it is sent to the J28 Stiffener Plate Element Straightening machine for being straightened;
6) The straightened Stiffener Plate Element is then sent to the final welding and assembling stations, to be made into a finished product of Large Section Beam.
B. Usage and Strong Points of RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding Machine and J28 Stiffener Plate Element Straightening Machine:
1. Usage of Edge Rounding and Deburring Machine, Stiffener Plate Element Straightening Machine:
1) As can be seen from above, the three delivered machines play a key role in construction of large section beams;
2) The RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding Machine is for deburring and rounding edge of steel plates. Its working principle is: The steel plate travels thru a cavity formed with 4 pieces of straightening rollers, and got rounded into round edge of R2.5mm at the same time;
3) The J28 Stiffener Plate Element Straightening Machine is for straightening deform of the stiffener plate after welding. Its working principle is: Similar to that of the RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding machine, the workpiece goes thru the clearance generated with 2 pieces of top straightening roller and 1 piece of bottom straightening roller, and got straightened simultaneously;

2) After 2 weeks of on-site commissioning and trial run, the machines were put into formal use since early May, 2021;
3) Ever since, these three machines of RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding machine, J28 Stiffener Plate Element Straightening machine and Plate Overturning Racks run very smoothly, and got high approval and recognition by the customer of ZPMC.
