3. Same Guiding Rails for Milling Head Movement as Other Models of Sheet Metal Plate Beveling Machine:

1) During plate edge milling process, moving of milling head along machine worktable is guided with 2 pieces of parallel guiderails;

2) These 2 pieces of parallel guiderails are assembled onto machine mechanical machine bed, making sure fully reliable and stable running of the milling carriage, and hence plate edge milling effect of the Plate Edge Milling Machine;

3) The top guiderail is assembled with hanging (Vertical) orientation, and the bottom guiderail is assembled with laying (Horizontal) orientation;

4) In this way, the milling carriage is clamped firmly and smoothly along its entire traveling stroke of machine work table;
