Manual Assembling And Automatic Welding Z18 I Beam Assembly Machine

1. Purpose of Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine:

1) Workpiece: The model Z18 refers to the max. web height of welding H Beam output from the H Beam Assembling and Tack Welding Machine is 1.8m: 

Finished H Beam assembled from H Beam Assembly Machine: (Fig.1) 

2) Output WIP: The Z18 (And other models of Z series) H Beam Assembling Machine itself does not produce finished product for customer, but a piece of WIP assembled and tack welded H Beam instead;

3) Related Equipment: When being applied in automatic HB 1800 H Beam Production Line, this Z18 H I Beam Assembly Machine needs to work together with LHC H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine for producing welding H Beam: 

H Beam produced from Wuxi JACK I H Beam Assembling and Tack Welding Machine: (Fig.2) 

4) Subsequent SAW Machine: When applied as individual equipment, this Z18 H I Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine needs to work with LHA5Z H Beam SAW Gantry Welding Machine or LHT T Beam H Beam SAW Machine for the purpose of delivering welding H Beam.

2. The CO₂ Welding Power Supply in Z series H Beam Assembly Machine:

1) GMAW Power Supply: With PLC controlled CO₂ tack welding process, welding power source is a very important outsourced unit for Z15, Z18, and Z20 automatic H Beam Assembling Machine;

2) Brand of CO₂ Welding Power Supply equipped with I H Beam Assembly Machine:

For this unit we have two options for customer to choose from, for being equipped into the Z series H Beam Assembling Machine:

a) Chinese HUAYUAN: Model NB-350 --- Usually Chinese customer of the H Beam Assembly Machine select it:

b)  Japan PANASONIC, Model KR-350 --- Usually Overseas customer of the H Beam Assembly Machine select it:

3) Both types of the CO₂ welding power source have superior high standard and stable performance, and deliver consistent good quality working in the Z series H Beam Assembling and Tack Welding Machine.

3. Brief Introduction on Chinese HUAYUAN CO₂ Power Supply equipped in H Beam Assembling Machine:

In this product section we will give a brief introduction on the Chinese brand HUAYUAN KR350 Inverter control Gas Shielded Arc Welding power supply first, and how it worked together with the Wuxi JACK delivered I Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine:
