A.      Usage and Function of Welding Turning Table 10 Ton Loading Capacity Elevating and Revolve Double Column Head and Tail Welding Positioner:

1.       Purpose: This special design Welding Positioning Equipment is for fulfilling lifting and 0° ~ 360° revolving workpieces, with 2 degrees of freedom;

2.       Suitable Workpieces: As shown in below photos, large size heavy weight vehicle chassis is working parts to be fixed onto its Rotary Welding Table:

3.       Max. loading capacity of its lifting ability Rotary Welding Table is 10 Ton;

4.       Available Function of Workpieces in Double Column Welding Positioning Equipment:

1)       Workpieces fixation: Are secured onto rotating and lifting Welding Turning Table;

2)       Elevating stroke of Welding Turning Table is 2000mm, with lifting speed adjustable in the range of 1000 ~ 4000 mm/min., servo motor drive and management;

3)      0° ~ 360° revolving of Rotary Welding Table, adjustable rotating linear speed of 0.1 ~ 1 rpm. This is also the welding working velocity of the Head and Tail Welding Positioner;

5.      Applied Industry: Such Double Column Head and Tail Welding Positioner is indispensable Welding Positioning Equipment, being used in industries of Vehicle/ Construction Machinery/ Engineering Machinery/ Automobile.

2.      Simultaneously Elevation Management in the Double Column Head and Tail Welding Positioner:

1)       Drive: Both ends elevation of workpiece chassis along the 2 sets of upright columns are driven with servo motor;

2)       Control: Of which, controlled with input pulse command, elevation of its Welding Turning Table can guarantee fully simultaneous elevation of workpiece at both ends;

3)       This can make sure perfect horizontal level of the workpiece all the while, together with the 2 sets of Rotary Welding Table;

3.       Elevation Safety Management in the Double Column Welding Positioning Equipment:

1)       Braking Type: The 2 sets of Welding Turning Table elevating purpose servo drive motors are all equipped with brakers;

2)       Besides, primary brakers are worm gear reducer, with good braking function;

1)       Transmission: Rotary Welding Table elevation is realized by means of chain and sprocket transmission;

5.       Workpiece Revolve in the Welding Turning Table 10 Ton Loading Capacity Double Column Head and Tail Welding Positioner:

1)       Revolve of Welding Turning Table is driven with Y series A.C. motor and reducer, and also equipped with braking unit;

2)      In this way, when the welding turning table and workpieces chassis is revolved to target angular position, it will be locked automatically.
