The HLK series Hydraulic Jack Up Welding Rotator discussed in this product section, is the sophisticated version of Adjusting Welding Turning Roll by bolt, added with anti drifting capability.
a) During working of Welding Rotator and hence revolving of workpiece, axial drifting of the cylindrical parts on the Welding Turning Roll is a phenomenon not very rare seen, especially on those workpieces with several passes of circumferential external welding seam;
b) This issue brings along problem of inferior welding quality and lower productivity of the Welding Rotator, which should be taken measures to be avoided;
a) Besides using welding seam tracing unit in the Welding Rotator, another more valid solution is to have anti drifting function on the Welding Turning Roll;
b) Hence comes along development of the Hydraulic Anti Drifting Welding Turning Roll (The same name of Anti Drifting Welding Rotator).
From the perspective of driving power during working of the Anti Drifting Welding Turning Roll, this special made Welding Turning Roll belongs to the specie of Hydraulic Anti Drifting Welding Turning Roll. Which means, its rectifying unit is hydraulic driven;
a) A movable electric detecting unit of splitting installation type is equipped with this Hydraulic Jack Up Welding Roller Bed;
b) A piece of displacement sensor is fit on the above mentioned movable splitting type detecting unit of the Welding Rotator;
a) During working of the Anti Drifting Welding Rotator, or rotation of the cylindrical workpiece, the detecting unit is put at the proper position, so as to making the displacement sensor having direct contact with terminal surface of workpiece;
b) A range of allowable deviation tolerance, or drifting tolerance, is set ahead of time into the control system of the Hydraulic Anti Drifting Welding Turning Roll, before starting on the Hydraulic Jack Up Welding Roller Bed. For example, ±3mm;
c) The displacement sensor detects real time deviation of workpiece all along, during the entire working period of the Anti Drifting Welding Rotator;
d) Whenever displacement of the workpiece detected exceeds the allowable deviation limit tolerance, hydraulic oil cylinder of the Anti Drifting Welding Roller Bed acts: It uplifts terminal of the workpiece, to make the workpiece rotation back to within the preset eligible tolerance again;
e) This detecting and correcting circle continues all along, during the whole working phase of the Hydraulic Anti Drifting Welding Turning Roll, making sure deviation of workpiece to be confined all the while.
1) This group of Hydraulic Anti Drifting Welding Roller Bed has loading capacity of 60Ton to 600Ton, from the product group of HLK Welding Rotator adjusting by bolt;
a) In the HLK series Welding Turning Roll adjusting with bolt, there is another kind of Hydraulic Jack Up Welding Roller Bed which works together with Welding Positioner;
