When customers plan on purchasing 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, the 4 critical questions for identifying on suitable model are:
1) For Producing Heavy duty H Beam: If customer wants the welding seam on welded H Beam with welding seam size above 12mm, which means more than one time pass of welding should be performed. We recommend customer to select H Beam Production Line, involved with 45° fillet H Beam Welding Machine;
2) For Producing Light and Medium duty H Beam: When one pass welding is sufficient for fabricating on welded H Beam and T Beam, the PHJ and ZHJ model 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine is more applicable for use;
1) H Beam Cross Section Contour: Below sketch shows two types of welded H Beam that can be produced (Fig.2): If all of welded H Beams have symmetric cross section, then ZHJ series 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder is the best choice: In terms of production efficiency and running cost;
2) If there exist fairly percentage of welded H Beam with asymmetric cross section, then PHJ series H Beam 3 in 1 Machine should be selected for H Beam production;
1) Conventional Models: For both PHJ and ZHJ models H Beam 3 in 1 Machine, we have three standard models based on the largest web height of fabricated welded H Beam: 1500mm (PHJ15 and ZHJ15), 1800mm (PHJ18 and ZHJ18), and 2000mm (PHJ20 and ZHJ20), which can meet most majority of customer demand on H Beam manufacture;
2) For special size H Beam, especially super light model, for example, the max. H Beam web height is only 1000mm, we have special made ZHJ10 model for customer choice.
This includes but not limited to:
1) Special Welding Mode: SAW (Submerged arc welding) Single Arc (The default setting) or Twin Arc, or both; SAW or GMAW, or both, which is more proper for customer use;
2) The Min. Size of Workpiece: For example, the min. height of H Beam web is reduced from 200mm to 150mm;
3) The proper specifications electricity of the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine at customer nation: Voltage/ Phase/ Frequency;
4) The weather condition of customer nation: The highest temperature/ Humidity (This may affect welding quality of the H Beam 3 in 1 Machine).

2) H Beam Assembly Way: One side of H Beam is positioned and clamped with automatic hydraulic drive; The opposing side of H Beam is assembled with manual turning handwheel, which in turn transmitted with leadscrew. H Beam flange and web are fixed by means of precise eccentric alignment rollers;
3) Welding Mode: 0° flat position submerged arc welding;
4) Straightening Way: Hydraulic drive 2 pieces of oil cylinder downward acting;
5) The three standard models: PHJ15/ PHJ18/ PHJ20 H Beam 3 in 1 Machine.

1) Niche Application Scenario: Some customers produce small size and thin thickness H Beam for their projects. Which, suppose select conventional models of 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, it will be a waste for both equipment budget and running cost afterward: (Fig.8)
2) For this reason, there are special made light duty model machine for customer choice. One of the frequently used model is ZHJ10, for producing small H Beams;
3) Assembly Way: High efficiency fit up in phase, with automatic oil cylinder drive at both sides of H Beam;
4) Welding Mode: Small current CO2 GMAW, high IK value and welding seam strength;
5) Straightening Form: Both sides of the H Beam with hydraulic oil cylinders drive straightening rollers downward acting.
