2. Technical Description of Tailor Made Leadscrew Adjustable Welding Turning Roller:

1) Location of Workpieces in the Tailor Made Welding Rotator:

a) The workpiece of larger diameter is put on the Tailor Made Welding Roller Bed;

b) The workpiece of smaller diameter is put on the trolley type fixture of the equipment;

2) Structure of the Trolley Fixture in the Tailor Made Welding Roller Bed:

a) There are 2 pairs of bottom installed Turning Roller, 2 pieces in each pair, totally 4 pieces of bottom Turning Roller, on the movable trolley fixture, for firmly holding down the smaller workpiece during welding operation. Please check below photo in yellow color frame:

b) There is 1 group of top installed Turning Roller, 2 pieces, on the movable trolley fixture, for pressing the smaller workpiece during welding operation. Please check the above photo in red color frame;

c) As can be seen from attached and the above picture, there is a handwheel fit at top of the trolley fixture, please check the above photo in purple color frame, to adjust vertical movement of the pressing Turning Roller, accommodating on various diameter of smaller workpiece in this Tailor Made Welding Roller Bed;

3) Material of the Turning Roller: All made of steel;

4) Up and down Movement of Worktable in the Leadscrew Adjustable Welding Roller Bed:

To have the 2 pieces of workpieces with different diameter joining together with perfect alignment of circle center in this Tailor Made Welding Roller Bed, the worktable of trolley fixture, which is the mechanism installing the above mentioned Turning Roller, can be adjusted up and down, by means of manual reducers fit beneath it.
