When customer purchase on sheet metal plate Edge Milling Machine, points of attention for paying attention to can be listed as:
1) Implication: This determines the max. effective horizontal moving stroke of milling head in Plate Edge Miller;
2) For example, the XBJ-9 model means that, the max. horizontal edge milling stroke of Plate Milling Machine is 9000mm. It can be either single piece of sheet plate, or several pieces of steel plates array in a row;
1) Single Head Edge Milling Machine: For finished welding grooves on workpiece, do you only need straight and top edge bevels, or on top, straight and bottom edges of sheet metal plates? As shown in the lefthand photos for distinguish. If all of or most majority of welding grooves are on straight and top edges of steel plate, XBJ series single head Plate Milling Machine is proper for customer choice;
2) Double Heads Plate Edge Miller: If customer request on all positions of welding groove: Straight edge, top and bottom edges bevels on plates are necessary, then SXBJ series double heads sheet metal Plate Edge Miller is better for customer selection;
3) Long Stroke Plate Milling Machine: On the other hand, suppose customer required edge milling stroke to be longer than 9,000mm, such as 15,000mm, then even if customer only need straight and top edges bevels on steel plate, we still suggest customers to select double heads Edge Milling Machine. This is considered out of productivity and easy operation;
The above two check points set up the basic skeleton on a set of Edge Milling Machine for customer. Based on this, customers can give more specific personalized requirement, such as:
1) The expected milling angle scope of facer blade. The default configuration is 0°~ 45° for straight and top edges beveling, and ~45°~ 0° for bottom edge beveling; In special cases, we can produce high quality tailor made range of ~45°~ +45°, or 0°~80° Plate Milling Machine for customers;

1) Technical Features: As its name suggest, in one set of double heads Plate Edge Miller, there are 2 pieces of milling head and its motor drive carriages installed.
