1) Cut Out Flange and Web: This machine cuts carbon steel plate into long narrow strips with required width and length. These strips will be used as flange and web for H Beam production, shown in right hand photo;
2) Wide Use: This machine is not confined to I H Beam Welding Line use. Instead, it is a universal applied machine, applied as basic 1st operation equipment in all manufacturing facilities;
3) Work Zone: CNC Flame Cutting Machine is installed at start station of I H Beam Welding Line, ahead of I H Beam Assembly Machine;
There are full range of specifications to choose from:
1) Cutting Width: From CNC-CG3000 (Means max. valid cutting width is 3000mm) to CNC-CG10000;
2) Often selected models: CNC-CG3000, CNC-CG4000, CNC-CG5000, CNC-CG6000;
3) Cutting Technology: Flame or plasma cutting, or both;

1) Function: Fits up flange with web into T Beam first;
2) Then flip the T Beam 180° by means turn table, and assemble the 2nd piece of flange onto the T Beam;
3) In this way, assembled H Beam comes into being in the I H Beam Assembly Machine;
4) Welding Mode: During assembling, CO2 Gas Shielded stitch welding is performed on assembled T/ H Beam, to solidify the workpiece;
This is the most complicated H Beam Production Equipment in I H Beam Welding Line:
1) Assembly Style: To get reliable assembly, H Beam Assembly Machine assembles flange and web in two stages, performed at input conveyor and central working area respectively;
2) Drive Mode: Flanges and web alignment operation is driven with hydraulic oil cylinders;
3) Welding Current: CO2 stitch welding is fulfilled with outsourced GMAW welding power supply, with welding current in the range of 100A ~ 500A;
4) Logic Control: The entire working process of I H Beam Assembly Machine is controlled with PLC (Programmable logic controller), and managed with operating panel;
1) Control Manner: There are automatic and manual machine. Difference is with PLC embedded in the H Beam Production Equipment or not;
2) CO2 Welding: Can be carried our either manually by operator, or automatically performed with welding power supply;
3) H Beam Size: There are three standard specifications of Z15/ Z18 / Z20, which produces assembled H Beam in the largest web height of 1500mm/ 1800mm /2000mm respectively;

1) Output Workpiece: H Beam Welding Machine performs large current SAW (Submerged arc welding) on the assembled H Beam, delivering finish fabricated welding H Beam;
2) Quantity: There are 4 pieces of welding seams in one welding H Beam. Correspondingly, there are 4 sets of LHC model H Beam Welding Machine in automatic I H Beam Welding Line: One machine completes on one welding seam;
3) In semi-automatic I H Beam Welding Line, 1 set of LHA or LHT model I H Beam Gantry Welding Machine is adopted. H Beam needs to be sent into the machine 2 times, and one time of H Beam 180° overturning in the process;
4) Welding Seam: In I H Beam Welding Machine, H Beam can be welded back and forth 2 ~ 3 times in 45° orientation, delivering full penetration big toe welding seam;
5) SAW Welding Power Supply: Performed with 2 set of SAW power supply. The corresponding welding current ranges from 300A to 1000A;
For SAW welding, there are 3 major types of H Beam Production Equipment, applicable for automatic and semi-automatic I H Beam Welding Line:
a) Application: Used in automatic I H Beam Welding Line. Seldom used as individual H Beam Production Equipment;
b) Welding Torch: 1 piece of welding torch in 1 set of the LHC, welding one piece of seam on H Beam. This is the reason: There needs 4 sets of the LHC machine in one automatic H Beam Welding Line, assisted with 60° and 180° motorized moving H Beam turn table for workpiece transfer;
a) Application: LHA is applied as individual H Beam Production Equipment, deployed in semi-automatic I H Beam Welding Line;
b) Welding Torch: 2 pieces of welding torch in 1 set of LHA machine, welding 2 pieces of H Beam simultaneously. With the help of travel crane or 180° turn table, one set of the LHA machine can finish SAW job for H Beam production;
c) 2 Major Types: Based on operator working position, LHA H Beam Production Equipment can be divided into: LHAZ Middle control, and LHAC Lateral control;
d) Standard Models of LHA machine: LHA4Z/ LHA5Z/ LHA55Z/ LHA4C/ LHA5C;
a) Structure Features: Same as LHC, LHT machine has open structure. So, one model fits on all sizes of H Beam;
b) Meanwhile, same as LHA, LHT has 2 sets of welding torch in 1 set of the machine;
c) Application: LHT is also deployed in semi-automatic I H Beam Welding Line, works as an individual operating H Beam Production Equipment;

1) Work Zone: This is the third set of core H Beam Production Equipment, end of line;
2) Usage: I H Beam Straightening Machine is for straightening on upward deformed flange after SAW welding, or H Beam length direction deformation. These deformations are caused from heat input generated at SAW welding station of H Beam Welding Line;
2) There are 3 pieces of solid straightening rollers: 2 pieces in the higher level, and 1 piece in the bottom level;
3) Driven with hydraulic oil cylinders, the 2 pieces of top straightening rollers move downward, exerting heavy pressing force onto top surface of H Beam flange, attaining straightening purpose;
a) Application: This is the most widely used model of the machine, accounting for over 50% use in I H Beam Welding Line. HYJ series can be viewed as default model of the H Beam Straightening Machine;
b) H Beam Orientation: H Beam stands in vertical position;
c) Straightening Force: Motor reducer;
d) H Beam orientation and straightening in HYJ motorized I H Beam Straightening Machine: (Fig.2,3)
