a) Criterion: Loading tonnage of its Rotary Weld Table between 1 ton to 10 ton. The common seen is 2 Ton/ 5 Ton medium duty loading tonnage, models HB20/ HB50;
b) Application: Medium duty Conventional Welding Positioner is for fabricating on components/ assemblies and work in process of various vehicles plants;
a) Criterion: Loading tonnage of its Welding Turn Table exceeding 10 ton. The frequently selected tonnage is 10 ton/ 15 ton/ 20 ton/ 30 ton/ 50 Ton loading tonnage capacity, models HB100/ HB150/ HB200/ HB300/ HB500;
b) Application: Heavy duty Rotary Weld Table is for fabricating on large assemblies/ large parts that will be assembled into large scale Construction Machinery/ Vehicles, etc.

1. Characteristics: Fixed height structure takes up small percentage of L type Welding Positioner in use. Instead, majority has its Rotary Weld Table equipped with motor drive lifting function, making the workpiece position management has 3 control axis;
1) The 0°~360° rotation of Welding Turn Table and working parts in upright plane;
2) The 0°~360° revolve of Welding Turn Table and working parts in horizontal plane;

1) Usage: For fabricating on structural workpieces with fixed or little variation length; Or, although of large cross section size, each specification of workpieces has large production volume;
2) Welding Working Speed: Both the vertical rotation and horizontal revolve of Rotary Weld Table have its linear speed smooth adjustable: Such linear speed is controlled with A.C. inverter continuously, and displayed in digital form.
