Automatic Traveling Type HLK Series Bolt Adjusting Welding Rotator

1.     What is HLK series Traveling Welding Rotator with Bolt Adjusting?

1)      This product section of Traveling Welding Roller Bed is the first one of special made product in the sub group of HLK series Welding Roller Bed with Bolt Adjusting, on the basis of conventional structure;

2)      With the capability of movement introduced, this Welding Rotator has additional degree of freedom, and more broader range of working scope.

2.     Comparison on Three types of Traveling Weld Turning Roll among HGK Leadscrew Adjusting, HGZ Self Adjusting and HLK Bolt Adjusting:

1)     Workpiece Scope in the Traveling Welding Rotator:

a)       It can be either light duty of small automatic Weld Turning Roll, or medium duty and heavy duty Weld Turning Roll;

b)      Please check attached pictures on the Traveling Weld Turning Roll with Bolt Adjusting, from 2Ton to 800Ton;

2)     Traveling Boundary of the Welding Roller Bed:

a)       Due to usually higher loading capacity as in the case of HLK Welding Roller Bed with Bolt Adjusting, it is usually in the form of guiderail in the shopfloor, instead of working platform, as we introduced in the product section of “Motor Drive Roller Bed Moving HGK Welding Rotator Adjusting by Leadscrew”;

b)      In other words, longer distance in the HLK series Traveling Welding Rotator;

3)     Application Scenario of the HLK model Traveling Weld Turning Roll:

With the traveling capability, the Traveling Weld Turning Roll can be powerful in:

a)       Transshipment of the equipment to other location;

b)      Those working site not suitable for people access, such as painting, blasting…, etc.;

c)       Interconnected with Welding Manipulator and or Submerged Arc Welding machine, these Traveling Welding Rotator can be composed into Welding Center, for performing circumferential welding and or longitudinal welding of both internal and or external seams on pipe, tube, tank, and vessel. This is one of the most often seen application in welding operation, of the Traveling Welding Roller Bed. Please check below picture: (Fig.1)

d)      In all, with the supplementary moving function, the equipment of HLK Traveling Welding Rotator can be used in more sites than stationary Welding Rotator;

4)     Management of Traveling in the HLK Welding Rotator with Bolt Adjusting:

a)     Please check attached picture of the 800Ton Traveling Welding Roller Bed. For heavy duty traveling type Weld Turning Roll, usually its roller bed is made into the form of trolley, for better loading capacity: (Fig.2) 

b)     Besides, there is a handwheel one each piece of the wheel cover, for stopping the traveling motion in double assurance. Please check the above sketch in yellow color frame;

c)     Please check attached picture of 2Ton Traveling Welding Roller Bed. It can be configured together with special designed mechanism, to be used at dedicated occasion, making it a more universal welding rotator.

3.     Durability of HLK series Traveling Welding Roller Bed with Bolt Adjusting:

1)     This Welding Rotator is very often used in working site of rigorous surroundings:

a)     Welding fields with large amounts of fume or heat generated;

b)     Painting, Polishing, Lining site of pernicious gas engendered;
