1. Hydraulic Drive Pulling Rod Boxes Manipulators (Assembly): There are 2 ~ 3 sets in one machine, being installed along input conveyor (3 segments), for carrying out first stage fitting up and clamping on flanges and web;
2. Hydraulic Drive Alignment Rollers (Assembly): There are 6 pairs in one machine, deployed in symmetry at central working zone of the 3 in 1 H Beam Welder, for implementing on the 2nd stage final and precise assembly on T Beam and H Beam;
3. SAW or GMAW Welding Group (Welding): There are 2 sets in one machine, including: Welding power supply/ Welding control console/ welding torch and position control mechanism/ Welding wire feeding system/ SAW welding flux conveying and recycling system. These are all the core function units of 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;
4. Hydraulic Drive Straightening Unit (Straightening): This unit is installed at workpiece outlet side of the machine mechanical main frame. Its operation is driven with hydraulic oil cylinders, including 2 pieces of downward acting solid rollers and 1 piece of bottom assembled solid larger roller. It promise far better straightening performance of Wuxi JACK 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;
5. Mechanical Main Frame: This is trunk and main body of the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding and Straightening Machine. It has 3 main sub-assemblies: C frame, base bed, and inversed U shape top gantry. These 3 main sub-assemblies are assembled into finished main frame of the machine;
6. Hydraulic System: This is energy source of assembly and straightening operation in the machine, including pump station, magnetic valves, and oil cylinders;
7. High Power A.C. Motor: This is for driving running of input and output conveyors (6 segments in total), so as to sending workpiece (H Beam and T Beam) going through the entire set of 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine in operating period;
8. Electric control system of the machine
1. Finished Workpiece: This machine produces varied structures and sizes welding H Beam / T Beam in upright position, with H Beam web height from 150mm to 2000mm, plate thickness from 3mm to 40mm for standard models:

1) Assembly: To precisely fit up cut plates into T Beam and then H Beam in sequence;
2) Welding: Majority with 1000A capacity SAW Submerged arc welding, mainly from 380A to 750A working current, for producing medium H Beam and T Beam; Minority with 500A capacity CO2 GMAW gas shielded welding, for making light and super light T Beam and H Beam;
3) Straightening: Flattens out deformed H Beam flange after welding;
The above 3 central functions are implemented exactly simultaneously in a row in the 3 in 1 H Beam Welder equipment;

1) PHJ is the first generation of the machine group, and now takes up over 40% of application volume;
2) Output of PHJ models 3 in 1 H Beam Welder includes both symmetric and asymmetric cross section welding H Beam and T Beam. This is the strongest capability of PHJ models; (Fig.6)

4) Assembly Way: Different from PHJ models machine, in PHJ models 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, assembly is by means of fully automatic oil cylinder drive, symmetric in phase at both sides of H Beam;
