1) This critical working element is solid type rollers;
2) The straightening rollers are made of high strength alloy steel, precisely machined, and went thru strict control heat treatment, to guarantee on its superior mechanical performance;
1) There are 2 pairs of supporting rollers in the machine, being used for flexibly holding on H Beam web in upright orientation;
2) These supporting rollers are guided precisely in bushing;
1) As a heavy force equipment, high strength mechanical frame is of vital importance to guarantee on consistent high straightening performance;
2) Assembly on all assemblies/ units/ components: Straightening rollers/ supporting rollers/ shaft box/ slotting table/ Straightening unit..., are all controlled precisely with strict control tolerance, controlled with IPV internal process validation;
1) The default color of the machine is JACK blue. Of course, customer can denote preferred color based on your preference and company policy;
2) Testing on straightening performance is by means of workpiece test, with the max. rated specification of workpiece.

1) As can be seen from the above 1st and 2nd photos, operation is convenient and user friendly. The left and right 2 pieces of upper installed straightening rollers can be adjusted either together, or one by one;
This mainly focus on physical modulation of below two points:
a) Span of the 2 pieces of upper position straightening rollers, fitting for different width of H Beam flange;
b) Downward stroke of the 2 pieces of upper position straightening rollers, based on thickness and deformation condition of H Beam flange;
3) Straightening Accuracy Management: The above two points can all be checked with measurement rulers being installed at straightening mechanism, as shown in the 3rd photo;
4) Straightening Passes: To straighten on the 2 flanges of H Beam, the H Beam should go through the H Beam Straightening Machinery 2 times: 1 flange 1 time.
1) Rule of Thumb: For all models of Wuxi JACK H Beam Straightening Machinery, there is relationship between thickness and width of H Beam flange. We give these data in manual book of each model;
