1. Function of the CNC-CD4030 Machine Complex:
1) Flame and Plasma Cutting on: 3,800mm width x 29m length sheet metal plate;
2) Mechanical Hole Drilling: Diameter range Φ10mm ~ Φ30mm, plate thickness up to 30mm;
3) Flame Cutting Thickness: 6mm ~ 100mm;
4) Plasma Cutting Thickness: 6mm ~ 30mm;
Machinery Nature: This is a group of large CNC Sheet Metal Cutting Machine complex, developed by Wuxi JACK for an overseas customer. It has main units of:
1) 1 set of CNC-CD4009 model flame plasma CNC Drilling and Cutting Machine, integrated with:
a) Mechanical drilling unit and circulating cooling water system;
b) Plasma cutting power supply, cutting torch mechanism;
c) Plasma cutting dust collecting and purifying unit;
d) Oxygen fuel flame cutting working group;
Interlock in Operation: The plasma cutting group and mechanical drilling group are interlocked in operation. Which means, at any moment, only one function is effective;
2) 1 set of CNC-CG4000 model Oxygen fuel flame CNC Sheet Metal Cutting Machine;
3) Shared cutting platform and guiding rails between the above listed 2 sets of machines;
4) Hydraulic oil cylinder pump station and sheet metal clamping system;
The max. sheet metal plate that can be cut and drilled in this CNC-CD4030 model machine complex are:
1) 24m length, the corresponding cutting rails has 29m length;
2) 3.8m width, the corresponding cutting rail span is 4,000mm wide;
3) 100mm thickness for Oxygen fuel cutting, this is capacity of CNC Flame Cutting Machine cutting capacity;
4) 30mm thickness for plasma cutting and hole drilling: This is capacity of flame plasma CNC Cutting and Drilling Machine. Plasma cutting capacity depends on model and output current of equipped Plasma power supply;
