1) The minimum area for installing I H Beam Machine is 110m length by 24m width;

In view on way of material flow among working stations, there are two types put into use: Automatic and Semi-Automatic:
1) CNC Flame Cutting Machine: Traveling crane;
2) I H Beam Assembly Machine: 90° Overturning Equipment;
3) I H Beam SAW Welding Machine: 60° Overturning Equipment;
4) I H Beam Straightening Machine: 180° Overturning Equipment;
So, operators of automatic I H Beam Welding Production Line are relieved from hard and dangerous job of material handling;
SAW (Submerged arc welding) is fulfilled with 4 sets of LHC model Column trolley structure I H Beam SAW Welding Machine;
1) Here, “Semi-Automatic” only refers to its ways of material flow among work stations: Manual operation, which is challenge on operators;
2) All the H Beam Machine in semi-automatic line work in automatic manner;
3) SAW (Submerged arc welding) is implemented with LHA or LHT gantry moving I H Beam SAW Welding Machine;
1. 1st Operation: XBJ series Edge Milling Machine is for machining welding groove on carbon steel plates;
2. EOL (End of Line): DX series H Beam End Face Milling Machine, is for fulfilling end polishing on the finished fabrication T / I/ H / BOX Beam, Pipes, and any other steel structure members;
1) T Beam Production Line has similar process technology as I H Beam Welding Production Line. Difference mainly involves at finished welding mode: CO2 GMAW replaces SAW;
2) BOX Beam Production Line has different and more complicated process technology, which is another important Steel Structure streamline.
